PGIMER BSc Nursing Merit List 2024
The PGIMER BSc nursing 2024 merit list will be released on the official website in online mode. The PGIMER nursing 2022 merit list for the BSc course will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the online PGIMER BSC nursing entrance examination. Candidates who scored the pass marks in the entrance exam will be able to find their names in the merit list. After the publication of merit lists, candidates who have been included in the list will be eligible to participate in the PGIMER BSc nursing counselling.
PGIMER Result 2024 BSc Nursing: Tie- Breaking Criteria
If two or more candidates obtain equal percentile in the PGIMER exam for admission to B.Sc. nursing. The tie breaking (Inter-se merit) for admission to the course will determine on the basis of the following:-
A candidate who appeared in more attempts in passing the qualifying exam (10+2/GNM) will be given less preference as compared to a candidate who has made fewer attempts.
If the tie still persists, then the candidate who has higher marks in the PGIMER entrance examination will rank senior
If the tie is still there, then the candidate who is older in age will be given preference
PGIMER BSc Nursing Counselling 2024
Eligible candidates included in the merit list will be called for the PGIMER BSc nursing counselling. The physical counselling at PGIMER, Chandigarh will be based on the marks obtained by the candidates in the entrance examination. It is necessary for candidates to attend the interview. The selected candidates will have to bring the original documents for the verification process and pay the course fee at the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research.
