AIAPGET 2025 question paper pattern: Mode and duration of the exam

According to the AIAPGET paper pattern 2025, the exam will be conducted in computer-based mode. Candidates will have to answer the questions within 120 minutes. As per the previous year’s timing of the examination, the AIAPGET exam will be conducted from 10 AM to 12 Noon.

AIAPGET total marks

NTA decides the AIAPGET total marks as per the marking scheme and the total number of questions asked in the exam. The AIAPGET 2025 total marks are 480. There are a total of 120 questions asked in the entrance exam and each question carries 4 marks, making the total AIAPGET marks 480 marks.

In the AIAPGET exam, multiple-choice questions are asked. To answer a question, candidates must choose one option as the correct option. Candidates can go through the marking scheme of AIAPGET 2025 to comprehend how the authorities will allocate marks upon the completion of the examination.

  • Each question in the AIAPGET exam carries four marks. Candidates will be awarded 4 marks for each correct response.
  • One mark will be deducted for each incorrect response from the total score.
  • Unanswered or unattempted questions will receive no marks.

AIAPGET marking scheme: Important points

After the conclusion of the exam, the authority releases the AIAPGET answer key. AIAPGET marking scheme may alter after this process. Check the important points mentioned below to know about the same.

  • After the challenge process of the answer key, if there are multiple correct options or a change in the key, marks will only be awarded to candidates who attempted it correctly as per the revised answer key.
  • If a question is dropped due to technical errors, full marks will be given to all candidates, regardless of whether they attempted it or not.
  • In case of any ambiguity in the translation or construction of a question, its English version will be considered final and the decision of NTA will be conclusive.

How to calculate the AIAPGET 2025 score after the exam?

  • Candidates opting for Ayurveda can choose to take the examination in either English or Hindi, catering to their language preference.
  • The examination for Homoeopathy is exclusively conducted in English.
  • Candidates opting for Siddha get to choose from English and Tamil languages in which they can best showcase their knowledge.
  • The Unani system of medicine is examined in both English and Urdu.
