As the FMGE 2026 syllabus is based on the MBBS curriculum, candidates must be aware of the exam pattern to score good marks in the entrance examination. As per FMGE exam pattern 2026, the test will be conducted in two parts: Part A and Part B. Each part will be of 2 hours and 30 minutes duration.
A total of 300 multiple-choice questions are asked in the FMGE examination. For every correct answer, one mark is awarded. Although there is no negative marking, to qualify for the FMGE exam, candidates need to secure at least 150 marks out of 300.
