About UPSSSC ANM 2025

The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission conducts the UPSSSC ANM exam in offline mode. The UPSSSC ANM exam is conducted for admission to Auxiliary Nursing & Midwifery (ANM) courses in Uttar Pradesh. The mains exam date of UPSSSC ANM exam 2025 is January 11, 2026. 

As per the latest update, the authority will issue UPSSSC ANM admit card soon at upsssc.gov.in. Candidates can download the admit card of UPSSSC ANM exam by entering their registration number and date of birth. The UPSSSC ANM exam is conducted in pen and paper mode for a time duration of 2 hours. A total of 100 multiple-choice questions will be asked in the UP ANM Nursing entrance exam. Each correct answer will be given one mark and 0.25 marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer.

The UPSSSC ANM admit card is issued to registered candidates only. Female candidates can download the admit card for the UPSSSC ANM entrance exam 2025 by entering registration number and date of birth. It is mandatory to carry the admit card of UPSSSC ANM to the examination centre as no candidate will be allowed to enter the exam hall without it.

To apply for UPSSSC ANM entrance test, female candidates must meet the eligibility criteria as specified by the authority. The UPSSSC ANM eligibility criteria 2025 guidelines can be checked here. 

  • A candidate must be a “Female”

  • Candidates must have passed Class 10th from Uttar Pradesh board or any recognised board.

  • Aspirants must have completed a one-year/ two-year Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM) training as prescribed by the Indian Nursing Council (including at least 06 months of prenatal and postnatal training)

  • Candidates must be registered with the Uttar Pradesh Nurses and Midwives Council, Lucknow.

  • The minimum age requirement in UPSSSC ANM is 18 years and the maximum age should not exceed 40 years.

  • Visit the official website, upsssc.gov.in.

  • Enter the Preliminary Eligibility Test registration number or OTP sent to the registered mobile number/email ID used in the PET registration

  • The Preliminary Eligibility Test details such as Name, Father’s/Husband’s Name, Mother’s Name, Domicile and other details will be displayed on the screen.

  • Fill in the educational qualification details 

  • The photograph and signature of the candidates will be automatically displayed.

  • Verify the photo and signature and click on “Continue”

  • The PET  exam centre will be displayed, which will be the same for the UPSSSC ANM exam also

  • Pay the required application fee in online mode and click on final submission

  • '“Enter Verification Code” box will appear at the bottom of the registration page.

  • Enter the verification code correctly and click the “Submit” button

  • Once the form is submitted, “Applicant’s Application Form” will be displayed.

  • Verify all details mentioned in the application form carefully

  • Take a printout of the page for future reference.
