After the scrutiny of Chandigarh MBBS application form, the authority has also released the list of candidates who are required to fulfil document deficiency on or before June 29, 2019, up to 2.00 p.m. positively in the office of Registrar (Academic) Room No. 201, Block ‘D’, Level II, GMCH, Sector 32, Chandigarh or through email at firstname.lastname@example.org, failing which the candidature will be rejected straightway. such a list has also been released for NRI candidates who have to furnish the required documents on or before July 1, 2019, at the same venue. No correspondence or appeal will be entertained regarding rejection or disqualification after due date and time.

Candidates whose name appear in the Chandigarh MBBS 2019 merit list will be invited to participate in the Chandigarh MBBS 2019 counselling and the seat allotment process for Chandigarh MBBS admission 2019. Candidates whose name appear in Chandigarh MBBS merit list 2019 are eligible to attend the various counselling sessions for Chandigarh MBBS admission 2019.
Final eligibility for admission against various categories will be determined after scrutiny of original documents at the time of counselling.
If there is a clash between the NEET score of two or more candidates then a tie-breaking criteria is used to pick a candidate. The tie-breaking criteria has been listed below.
Firstly, candidates with a higher score in Biology in NEET will be given preference over other candidates.
If the tie remains, candidates with a higher score in chemistry will be considered over others.
If the tie is not resolved even after applying the above criteria, the candidate with less number of incorrect answers in NEET will be given higher rank.
If all of the above criteria fails to break the tie then the candidate who is older in age will be considered.
