1. Educational Qualification

  • The candidates must have completed 10+2 or an equivalent examination from a recognised board with English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as the mandatory subjects. (For certain courses like Bachelor of Optometry or Medical Radiology and Imaging Technology, Mathematics is also required).

  • The students must have secured a minimum aggregate mark of 50% for General/OBC/EWS categories and 45% for SC/ST categories.

2. Age Limit

The applicants must be at least 17 years old as of December 31, 2025. There is no upper age limit.

3. Nationality

The candidate must be an Indian national, Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) and Overseas Citizens of India (OCI).

Step 1: Basic Registration

1. Visit the official website: aiimsexams.ac.in.

2. Click on the “New Registration” link under the Paramedical Courses section.

3. Enter basic details such as the candidate’s name, date of birth, email ID, and mobile number.

4. Submit the form to generate a unique Registration ID and password. These credentials will be sent to the candidate’s registered email and phone number.

Step 2: Code Generation

1. Log in using the Registration ID and password.

2. Select the desired paramedical course and generate a Registration Unique Code (RUC). This code is mandatory for final registration and unlocks the full AIIMS Paramedical application form 2025.

Step 3: Final Registration

1. Log in again with the credentials and RUC.
