The Rajasthan University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences (RAJUVAS), Bikaner will not conduct Rajasthan Pre-Veterinary Test (RPVT) for academic session 2026-27. Admission to BVSc & AH courses to the colleges affiliated with RAJUVAS will now be granted based on the NEET UG scores. Candidates wishing wishing to take admission in any affiliated private veterinary college in Rajasthan, need to apply for NEET UG 2026.
The NEET UG 2026 exam will be conducted by the NTA. As per the latest update, the NEET 2026 correction window is open till March 14, 2026 (11:50 PM). The registration window for NEET 2026 was open till March 11, 2026. The authority will issue NEET 2026 admit cards to the registered candidates only. The NEET exam date 2026 is May 3, 2026.
The NEET 2026 exam will be conducted in pen and paper mode. Candidates will have to answer a total of 180 multiple choice questions in 3 hours. As per the NEET marking scheme, 4 marks will be given for every correct answer and 1 mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer. Questions will be asked from class 11 and 12 Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects. After the conclusion of the exam, the authority will release NEET provisional answer key, which candidates will be able to challenge. After considering the challenges, the NTA will release a final NEET 2026 answer key, based on which result will be calculated. The authority will announce the NEET 2026 result at neet.nta.nic.in. Candidates declared as qualified in the NEET 2026 result will be eligible for the counselling process.

RPVT exam Rajasthan Pre Veterinary Test (session 2026)
The NEET application form is released by NTA at neet.nta.nic.in. Candidates can check the steps to fill the NEET application form 2026 below.
Step 1: NEET UG 2026 registration
Visit the NEET 2026 official website.
Click on the ‘NEET 2026 New Candidate Registration Link’.
Enter personal details, present and permanent address, email ID and mobile number.
Select the security question, enter captcha code and click on ‘Submit’.
Choose a strong password, enter the OTP and click on ‘Submit’.
A NEET application number is generated and sent to registered email address and mobile number.
Step 2: NEET application form 2026 filling
Login again using the NEET 2026 application number and password.
Enter details such as personal, PwD, ID, APAAR ID, NEET 2026 exam centre, qualification, additional and emergency contact details.
Capture a live photograph.
Upload the NEET 2026 application form documents.
Review the filled details and click on ‘Save’.
Step 3: Payment of NEET 2026 application fee

Educational qualifications:
Candidates must have passed class 12 or other equivalent exam from a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English subjects.
Candidates belonging to general and EWS category must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks in PCB and English in the qualifying examination. Those belonging to SC/ST/OBC/ PwD must have secured at least 40% in the mentioned subjects.
Candidates appearing for the senior secondary examination can also apply. Such candidates will have to submit the qualified certificate at the time of admission.
Age limit: Candidates must have attained 17 years of age as on December 31 of the year of admission. There is no upper age limit.
Nationality: Indian Nationals, NRI, Foreign Nationals, OCI and PIO candidates are eligible to apply.

NEET 2026 exam: Dress code

Male candidates must wear half sleeves and a light shirt/ t-shirt.
Cap, long-sleeved shirts/t-shirts and shoes are not allowed.
Candidates must not wear ornaments like rings, ear rings, chain, pendants, badge, brooch and other items.

Female candidates must wear light half-sleeved shirts/t-shirts and salwar/trousers.
Slippers or sandals with low heels are allowed.
Caps, long-sleeved shirts/t-shirts and shoes are not allowed.
Candidates must not wear ornaments like rings, earrings, chains, pendants, badges, brooch, mangalsutras and other items.
The National Testing Agency releases the NEET 2026 answer key after the conclusion of the entrance exam at the official website: neet.nta.nic.in. Candidates can challenge the answer by paying an amount of Rs 200 per answer challenged through online mode. To challenge the NEET answer key 2026, candidates have to login, pay the non-refundable fee, submit supporting documents and submit their grievance within the specified time. Along with the answer key, the authority also releases the OMR sheet which can be downloaded from the official website.
After considering the challenges submitted against the provisional NEET answer key 2026, the authority releases a final answer key, which cannot be challenged further. The NEET result is announced by considering the final answer key.
After accepting and analysing the challenges against the answer key, authority releases the final answer key along with the declaration of the NEET result 2026. The NEET 2026 result is announced in online mode at neet.nta.nic.in. After the declaration of the NEET result 2026, candidates can download their scorecard from the official website. Along with the NEET 2026 result, the authority also releases the statistics mentioning the total NEET registration, number of appeared candidates, number of qualified candidates and other details.
