SSUHS BSc Nursing Admission 2024 - Result (Soon), Cut off Marks, Counselling

Srimanta Shankardeva University of Health Sciences (SSUHS) conducts the SSUHS entrance exam 2024 for admission to the BSc Nursing course in both the government and private institutes of Assam. The SSUHS BSc nursing schedule was released on the official website, ssuhs.in. The online application form of SSUHS BSc nursing 2024 could be filled out from May 9 to May 24. The SSUHS BSc Nursing entrance exam 2024 was conducted on June 9. The authority will soon declare the SSUHS BSc Nursing result 2024 at official website.
SSUHS BSc Nursing entrance exam is a state-level examination conducted once a year. Candidates who have attained 17 years and passed Class 12 in the science stream are eligible. SSUHS BSc Nursing exam is a bilingual exam with a 2-hour duration and the maximum mark is 100. Candidates belonging to other states can also apply, however, the admission in the government B.Sc nursing colleges will be given to the permanent residents of Assam. SSUHS BSc nursing eligibility criteria
The eligibility criteria for getting admission to Assam B.Sc nursing are as follows:
- Candidates must be an Indian citizen.
- The minimum age of the candidate must be 17 years as of December 31 of the year of examination.
- Candidates must have studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English in Class 12.
- For the unreserved category/EWS, the minimum percentage required is 50%, for the PwD category, it is 45% and 40% for the candidates from the reserved category.
- Aspirants going to appear for the Class 12 examination can also apply, however their admission will be provisional. Those students must upload their Class 12 mark sheet on the application portal soon after the declaration of the result.

The first step is to register in the portal.
After registration, candidates will get their login credentials.
Log in to the portal using the login credentials and fill out the application form.

Pay the application fee.
After the successful payment, candidates will get their application number and password.

SSUHS BSc Nursing admit card 2024
SSUHS BSc nursing admit card will be issued to registered candidates only. The admit card of BSc nursing Assam will contain the name, registration number, application number, exam date, exam timing, exam venue, candidates’s photo, signature and other details. Candidates are required to carry the admit card along with the valid ID proof to the examination.

SSUHS BSc nursing result
Candidates can check the SSUHS BSc Nursing result at the official website ssuhs.in. To check the results, candidates are required to enter the application number and password. The results will be in PDF format containing the marks scored by the candidates. Candidates can download the result and the scorecard for the future reference.
Assam BSc Nursing counselling
Qualified candidates are required to submit a list of documents to the principal’s office of the respective colleges for counselling. Also, aspirants will have to pay the counselling fee and receive the payment receipt. The required documents are as follows:

The MCC is expected to conduct the NEET PG counselling process in three rounds: Round 1, 30 September to 8 October
Round 2, 14 September to 21 October
and Round 3, followed by stray vacancy rounds for any remaining AIQ seats. These rounds will enable candidates who have qualified in the NEET PG exam to secure seats in medical colleges across India.

It is possible, however challenging, to secure a Dermatology seat through management quota with a 67 percentile in NEET PG and a rank of 71,893. The reservation requirements are not followed by management quota, thus your ST status might not be helpful. Private colleges usually have higher fees and contributions; you should enquire directly about availability.
Availability of Management Quota Seats: Private medical colleges offer management quota seats, however the cost is typically greater.
ST Quota Reservation: You have preference in the reserved seat category since you fall under the ST category.
College and Location: The requirements for management quota admissions may be more lenient in some states and colleges.
