• Candidates who have graduated with an MBBS degree from government or private medical colleges in Uttar Pradesh are eligible for Government State Quota seats and Private Medical College seats.

• Candidates who have graduated with an MBBS degree from Aligarh Muslim University or Banaras Hindu University are not eligible for Government State Quota seats. These candidates are only eligible for admission to private medical colleges.

• Candidates who possess an MBBS degree from institutions outside Uttar Pradesh are only eligible for admission to private medical colleges.

The Directorate of Medical Education and Training (DMET), Uttar Pradesh releases the UP NEET PG 2025 application form in an online mode. 5. Downloading the confirmation page: Once the registration form is submitted, a registration number is generated. Candidates will have to create a password for choice filling and locking.
