Medical graduates who have passed the NEET PG 2025 examination by securing minimum NEET PG cutoff are eligible to apply.
Candidates who have completed their one-year compulsory rotatory internship on or before the specified date can fill the application form.
Candidates who have graduated with an MBBS degree from government or private medical colleges in Uttar Pradesh are eligible for Government State Quota seats and Private Medical College seats.
Candidates who have graduated with an MBBS degree from Aligarh Muslim University or Banaras Hindu University are not eligible for Government State Quota seats. These candidates are only eligible for admission to private medical colleges.
Candidates who possess an MBBS degree from institutions outside Uttar Pradesh are only eligible for admission to private medical colleges.

Filling out details: On the application form page, candidates need to fill their domicile, category, sub category, In-service (PMHS) employment status, MBBS passes status, address and other details.
Payment of application fee: After entering all the details, candidates need to pay UP NEET PG application form fee. It must be noted that registration fee is non-registration.

Downloading the confirmation page: Once the registration form is submitted, a registration number is generated. Candidates will have to create a password for choice filling and locking. At the end a registration fee slip will be generated. Candidates need to download their registration form and registration fee slip, as these will be required at the time of admission.
