    Only the aspirants who secured the minimum cut-off marks in the NEET UG are eligible for Odisha AYUSH counselling 2026. The eligibility criteria are as follows -

    • The candidate must have passed intermediate (10+2) or its equivalent examination recognised by the concerned state government education board with the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually.

    • Aspirants should have scored a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (40% marks for reserved category students)

    • The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years as on December 31, 2026.

    Aspirants have to register themselves by filling up the Odisha AYUSH application form 2026 to appear for online counselling. There are four major steps to fill out the Odisha AYUSH application form 2026 - mobile and email registration, payment of fee, updating of data and uploading of certificates.

    Here is a step-by-step guide on how to fill out the Odisha AYUSH application form 2026.

    1. Go to link Odisha AYUSH counselling official website - odishajee.com. A registration form appears.

    2. Enter the NEET 2026 details, including - All India NEET 2026 rank, NEET UG score, name, date of birth, a valid email ID, a working mobile number and also create a password.

    3. After entering all the details, click on the register button. An OTP is sent to the registered mobile number.

    4. Enter the OTP and click on the submit button. Upon successful verification of the OTP, a user ID and password is sent to the registered email and mobile number.

    5. Enter the user ID, NEET 2026 roll number, password received and click on the “login” button.

    6. Upload all the documents in proper format. The list of documents required to be uploaded is mentioned below. Also, upload a recent passport-size photograph and signature in the prescribed format.

    7. After uploading all the required certificates, click on “Save and Print" and pay the registration fee of Rs. 1,000. This fee can be paid online.

    8. After successful fee payment, take a printout of the application form and fee payment receipt for further assistance.

    Once the registration window for Odisha AYUSH admissions 2026 is closed by the authority, a merit list is published. Odisha AYUSH merit list is based on the NEET UG score, AIR, cut-off scores, eligibility criteria and various other factors. The merit list is generated for 85% state quota seats in AYUSH UG courses (BAMS, BHMS).

    Odisha AYUSH 2026 merit list includes the name of the candidate, All India rank, NEET 2026 score. Aspirants whose names appear on the merit list are eligible for the counselling rounds. During the counselling process, aspirants must provide their preference for courses, and colleges' preference.

    Once the Odisha AYUSH registration process is completed, the authority releases the dates for the Odisha AYUSH counselling 2026. During the Odisha AYUSH counselling process, candidates can select courses and colleges as per their preference. A merit list is published based on the NEET UG scores. Only the aspirants fulfilling the eligibility criteria and securing the minimum cut-off can participate in the online counselling.

    The Odisha AYUSH NEET 2026 counselling is conducted in three rounds - Round I, Round II and Round III, which is followed up by a spot round. The important steps to follow during online counselling are as follows:

    Step 1: Registration

    The aspirants have to register themselves for online counselling by filling up the application form from the official website of the authority. The students also have to pay the counselling fee of Rs. 450 through online mode.

    Step 2: Choice filling

    The candidates are given a chance to fill in their choices of colleges and courses during this step.

    Step 3: Mock allotment and choice locking

    In this step, a mock allotment is conducted by the authority and the aspirants have to lock their choices of courses and colleges. Students should note that no alteration are allowed once the choice locking is done.

    Step 4: Allotment round

    All the eligible candidates are allotted seats as per the merit list generated based on the NEET UG score. Aspirants have the choice to either freeze their allotted seat or they can choose to upgrade the seat. Students who have locked their seats need to deposit an admission fee of Rs. 8,500 as admission fee.

    Step 5: Document verification

    Students who successfully deposit the security fee have to appear for the document verification at their respective allotted colleges. The students need to carry the original documents during the verification process. Failing to do so, their admission is cancelled.

    Step 6: Admission

    Upon the successful completion of document verification, the candidates have to deposit their course fees. The security deposit is adjusted with the admission fee.
