Nationality and domicile: A candidate must be an Indian citizen and domicile of Uttar Pradesh.
Age limit: A candidate must be 17 years of age as on or before December 31 of the year of admission.
Educational qualification:
10+2 with 40% marks (35% for reserved candidates) in science stream are eligible.
Class 12th with 40% marks in ANM vocational course from INC recognised institute
Candidates having Class 12th with 40% marks in vocational stream - healthcare science from a recognised board.
Other boards: Candidates from National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) and other open schools recognized by central and state boards can also apply.
