The Commissioner for Entrance Examination (CEE), Kerala conducts the counselling for admissions to BAMS, BHMS, BUMS and BSMS seats on its official website cee.kerala.gov.in. Kerala AYUSH rank list is prepared on the basis of NEET UG scores. The seats under 85% state quota in AYUSH UG courses in all the participating government/ government aided/ private institutions of the state of Kerala are filled through Kerala AYUSH 2026 counselling. Kerala AYUSH 2026 counselling is conducted in four rounds - Round I, Round II, mop-up round and stray vacancy round. Students who have qualified for the NEET UG 2026 exam are eligible to sit for the counselling rounds.

Aspirants seeking admission to AYUSH courses in various institutes of Goa need to fulfil certain eligibility criteria. These criteria are as follows -
The aspirant must be a citizen of India.
The candidate must have passed intermediate (10+2) or its equivalent examination recognised by the state government and education board with subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually.
Aspirants should have scored a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (40% marks for reserved category students)
The candidate must have scored a minimum of 50% percentile in the NEET UG exam (40% for the reserved category students)
The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years as on 31st December, 2026.
Interested aspirants looking for admission to the AYUSH courses in Kerala have to fill the online application form from the official website. There are five steps to fill the application form. Candidates should complete all steps including uploading of the necessary certificates in the prescribed format or on before the last date set by the authority.
Here is a step-by-step guide on how to fill out the Kerala AYUSH application form 2026.
This is a one-time procedure. During the registration process, candidates get a system-generated application number. Aspirants have to enter their password when demanded. The candidate have to re-enter the password for confirmation. Upon successful registration, candidates have to note down all the information provided during this stage.
Aspirants have to fill in all the basic information required by the authority in this step. The data provided is used for processing the application. Aspirants have to enter their personal details such as - the candidate’s name, father’s name, mother’s name, communication address, a valid email ID and a working mobile number. If the application is filled completely, candidates can preview the details of the application before going to the next step, by clicking the ‘Save & Preview’ button. After confirming that all the information given is correct and true, click the ‘Save & Finalise’ button to complete the application filling process.
Upon the successful filling of the application form, candidates have to pay the requisite application fee. The application fee is Rs 625 for general category students, Rs 250 for SC category students and nil for the ST category students. The application fee can be paid by online method only through Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Internet Banking.
Aspirants have to upload the following documents in the prescribed jpeg format -
A recent passport size photograph of the candidate
Signature of the candidate
10th class certificate
12th class certificate
Domicile certificate
Take a printout of the acknowledgement page after completing all the above-mentioned steps for future reference. Students have to submit a copy of the acknowledgement copy during the document verification process.

Once the registration window for Kerala AYUSH admissions 2026 is closed by the authority, a merit list is published. The merit list is based on the NEET UG score, candidates' All India Rank, cut-off scores, eligibility criteria and various other factors. The merit list is generated for 85% state quota seats in public and private institutes of Kerala.
Kerala AYUSH 2026 merit list includes the name of the candidate, All India rank, NEET 2026 score. Candidates whose names appear on the merit list have to sit for the counselling rounds. During the counselling process, aspirants must provide their preference for courses, and colleges' preference.
An online counselling for the 85% seats under state quota is conducted through centralised counselling. Two main rounds of counselling are conducted, followed up by a mop-up round and stray vacancy round.
Aspirants have to register themselves for the first round of counselling through the online portal. The candidates have to give their course and college preference during the Kerala AYUSH 2026 counselling. The seats are allocated purely based on merit list. After the allocation of seats during the first round, aspirants have to report to the allocated college for document verification. After successful document verification, candidates have to pay their admission fee and lock their seat.
Candidates who didn’t get any seat in the first round have to register themselves for round two of Kerala AYUSH NEET counselling. Fresh registration shall be allowed for participating in the second round. Fresh candidates have to register themselves with the necessary registration fee. The candidates, who have already registered themselves for the first round and wish to participate in the second round, shall not be required to register again.
However, they shall have to give their fresh choices of the college/course to participate in the second round of counselling. The authority conducts a mop-up round and a stray vacancy round to fill the remaining slots.
