    The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the NEET 2025 form fill up date on February 7, 2025. The NEET 2025 exam registration date is announced by the authority at the official website, neet.nta.nic.in.     Candidates have to keep a list of documents to be uploaded throughout the NEET 2025 application form. Check the documents required for NEET 2025 application form below:

    • Valid mobile Number

    • Valid Email Address

    • Class 12 details (Marksheet, certificate, roll number, school address, and other details)

    • Correct spelling of Father and Mother's name

    • Aadhaar number (last 4 digits only)

    • Class 12 Roll number issued by the Board/Election Card (EPIC No.), passport number, ration card number, bank account or any other valid Govt. identity number

    • Scanned images of passport-size photograph, signature, left-hand thumb impression, Class 10 pass certificate and postcard size photograph Details are given in the table below

    NEET correction window 2025

    Soon after the completion of the application form, the authority releases the NEET correction window which allows candidates to make corrections in the application form. Through the window, candidates can make changes or modifications such as personal, educational details, exam centres and others in the application form. The NEET changes 2025 in the application form must be done before the last date.
