After filling the above details, fill the medium of NEET question paper, select three NEET 2025 exam cities.

Candidates have to pay the NEET application fee 2025 within the stipulated time and date . The application fee of NEET 2025 can be paid in online mode. The category wise NEET 2025 application fee for general, OBC/ST/SC, and EWS categories are given in the table below.

Correct spelling of Father and Mother's name
Aadhaar number (last 4 digits only)

Scanned images of passport-size photograph, signature, left-hand thumb impression, Class 10 pass certificate and postcard size photograph Details are given in the table below

Soon after the completion of the application form, the authority releases the NEET correction window which allows candidates to make corrections in the application form. Through the window, candidates can make changes or modifications such as personal, educational details, exam centres and others in the application form. The NEET changes 2025 in the application form must be done before the last date.
