The Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) on behalf of the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will release the NEET SS 2024 seat matrix at mcc.nic.in. Candidates can check the updated seat matrix of NEET SS from this article. NEET SS seat matrix 2024 will be released for admission to Doctorate of Medicine (DM), Magister Chirurgiae (M.Ch), and Diplomate of National Board (DNB) courses and mentions the number of DM/MCh/DNB seats granted under each category and speciality. The seat matrix of NEET SS 2024 will also mention the number of participating institutes and categories, institute, course, and speciality-wise available.

NEET SS Seat Matrix 2024 - Check Institute & Course-wise NEET SS seat matrix

Admission to all super speciality seats included in the seat matrix will be granted based on NEET SS 2024. Candidates eligible for NEET SS admission will be called for counselling. A total of 2,447 DM/MCh/DNB seats in 156 government medical colleges, and private, deemed and Armed Forces Medical Services (AFMS) institutions were filled through NEET SS counselling last year. During counselling, candidates will be asked to fill in their choices of courses and colleges based on the NEET SS 2024 seat matrix.

Authorities release a separate NEET SS seat matrix after each round of counselling. Two rounds of NEET SS counselling are held. With the help of the seat matrix of NEET SS 2024 candidates can get an idea of the number of DM/MCh/DNB seats available in the choice of their course and college. NEET SS 2024 admission

Admission to the DM/M.Ch/DNB seats mentioned in the seat matrix of NEET SS 2024 will be granted through centralised counselling by MCC. Only candidates who have qualified for the entrance exam by securing the NEET SS cutoff will be eligible to participate in the counselling. The NEET SS counselling is conducted online at mcc.nic.in. At the time of counselling, students have to register themselves and submit choices of courses and colleges for NEET SS 2024 admission. Based on choices submitted by candidates, NEET SS seat matrix, and merit, admission will be granted. Students allotted seats will have to pay the admission fee and report to the designated institute for NEET SS admission 2024.

The Directorate General of Health Services on behalf of MCC will conduct NEET SS Counseling in online mode, as of now there is no official announcement made yet regarding the commencement of counseling process, since the results are already declared the process may start by this month, however to know the exact details stay updated at the official website at https://mcc.nic.in/mccss/homepage.aspx, the counseling process consists of registration, choice filling, choice locking, processing and release of seat allotment followed by reporting to the designated college, visit our page at https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-ss-counselling to know more details regarding this.

Is the NEET SS 2021 result declared ?

Hello,

The NEET SS exam was conducted on 10th January 2022, and the results have not been released yet. However, the results are expected to be out by today, that is, 31st January 2022. The result will be abailable for 32 specialities and at the official website which is nbe.edu (//nbe.edu) .in

On January 7, the Supreme Court of India gave decision regarding the validity of OBC reservation in NEET counselling.

Counseling will be held in 4 rounds- 1st round, 2nd round, mopup round and filling of stray vacancies

The NEET 2021 counselling dates will be released at mcc.nic.in
