About: Divya Jyoti Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital, Modinagar is affiliated to Chaudhary Charan Singh University (formerly, Meerut University) and Mahayogi Gorakhnath University Gorakhpur, UP. Divya Jyoti Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital offers BAMS. Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery is a graduate degree. The programme has a duration of 5 ½ years including a one-year internship programme. Once a student completes the BAMS programme, they will be known as ‘Ayurvedacharya’. The qualification needed for the Divya Jyoti Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital BAMS programme is a pass in an intermediate programme with Chemistry, Biology, Physics, and Sanskrit. The candidate must pass 10+2 from a recognised board.

Largest private Ayurveda College of Uttar Pradesh: Divya Jyoti Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital has been built on a campus of 75 acres and with a supporting hospital of 650 beds attached to the institution. Divya Jyoti Ayurvedic Medical College is Uttar Pradesh's largest private Ayurvedic medical college.
2. One of India's finest hostels: Divya Jyoti Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital has a residential full-time programme for BAMS. The hostel facility at Divya Jyoti Ayurvedic Medical College was built in 2024. It has a capacity for 600 students with separate hostels for 300 boys and 300 girls and it has world-class amenities such as 24-hour study rooms, badminton courts, double-sharing and triple AC rooms, as well as an option for multi-sharing dorms. The hostel has 64 CCTV cameras and an attached luxurious guest house for the overnight stay of parents. The hostel complex of the institute is considered amongst the finest in India.

5. It is affiliated to Mahayogi Guru Gorakhnath AYUSH University, Gorakhpur.
