देश भर के 42 डीम्ड विश्वविद्यालयों में कुल 6204 एमबीबीएस (MBBS) सीटें (मैनेजमेंट और एनआरआई कोटा) उपलब्ध हैं। विभिन्न डीम्ड विश्वविद्यालयों में मैनेजमेंट कोटा के लिए वार्षिक एमबीबीएस कोर्स फीस आम तौर पर काफी अधिक होती है और यह 2,11,000/- रु. से 22,50,000/- रु. के बीच हो सकती है। सबसे कम फीस एमजी इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ मेडिकल साइंसेज, सेवाग्राम वर्धा द्वारा ली जा रही है, जबकि एसआरएम मेडिकल कॉलेज एंड हॉस्पिटल, चेन्नई में मेडिकल फीस सबसे अधिक है।
डीम्ड विश्वविद्यालयों में एनआरआई कोटे के तहत एमबीबीएस कोर्स की फीस 25,000/- यूएस डॉलर से 2,20,000/- यूएस डॉलर के बीच है. इन विश्वविद्यालयों में श्री सिद्धार्थ मेडिकल कॉलेज, दिल्ली यूनिवर्सिटी, तुमकुर द्वारा ली जाने वाली फीस सबसे कम है, जबकि श्री रामचंद्र इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ हायर एजुकेशन एंड रिसर्च, चेन्नई की फीस सबसे अधिक है।

सरकारी मेडिकल कॉलेज/संस्थान
सरकारी मेडिकल कॉलेजों में एमबीबीएस कोर्स फीस के लिए सब्सिडी दी जाती है और जिसके कारण यहाँ फीस देश में सबसे कम होती है। सरकारी कॉलेजों के अंतर्गत ऑल इंडिया और स्टेट कोटे की सीटों के लिए एमबीबीएस कोर्स की फीस भिन्न-भिन्न है। हालांकि, यहां दी गई फीस में केवल शिक्षण फीस (ट्यूशन फीस) ही शामिल है, लेकिन इसके अलावा छात्रों को हॉस्टल, पंजीकरण और अन्य शुल्क के लिए अलग से भुगतान करना होता है।
ऑल इंडिया कोटा
ऑल इंडिया कोटा सीटों के लिए काउंसलिंग एमसीसी (MCC) की तरफ से डीजीएचएस (DGHS) द्वारा संचालित की जाती है। ऑल इंडिया कोटा काउंसलिंग में भाग लेने वाले सभी राज्यों को उन सीटों के लिए निर्धारित किए गए फीस के प्रस्ताव के बारे में एमसीसी को पहले से सूचित करना आवश्यक है। अखिल भारतीय कोटे की सीटों के लिए वार्षिक ट्यूशन एमबीबीएस कोर्स की फीस (2022 के अनुसार) मौलाना आजाद मेडिकल कॉलेज, दिल्ली में सबसे कम है (240/- रु. वार्षिक), जबकि सबसे अधिक फीस गोवा मेडिकल कॉलेज, पणजी में वार्षिक 89,500/- रु. है।

राज्य कोटा
राज्य कोटे (State Quota) के लिए सरकारी कॉलेजों में एमबीबीएस कोर्स की फीस स्टेट काउंसलिंग अथॉरिटी द्वारा निर्धारित की जाती है। राज्य कोटे के लिए एमबीबीएस की कोर्स फीस मौलाना आजाद मेडिकल कॉलेज, दिल्ली की तरह वार्षिक फीस 250/- रु. तक कम हो सकती है। राज्य कोटे के तहत सबसे कम वार्षिक कोर्स फीस वाला राज्य तमिलनाडु है, जो 4000/- रु. सालाना है। यह 70,900/- रु. के वार्षिक फीस के साथ महाराष्ट्र राज्य में सबसे अधिक है। राज्य कोटे के तहत सीटें प्राप्त करने वाले छात्रों को आमतौर पर राज्य सरकार के साथ एक कॉन्ट्रैक्ट पर हस्ताक्षर करने की आवश्यकता होती है, जिसके तहत उन्हें एमबीबीएस कोर्स पूरा होने के बाद एक न्यूनतम अवधि के लिए संबंधित राज्य में अपनी सेवाएं देनी होती हैं। इस संबंध में उत्तराखंड राज्य उम्मीदवारों को बॉन्ड पर हस्ताक्षर किए बिना कोर्स को चुनने अनुमति देता है। हालांकि इसके लिए उन्हें उच्चतर कोर्स फीस के रूप में 4,00,000/- रु. का भुगतान करना पड़ता है। राज्य कोटा एमबीबीएस कोर्स की वार्षिक फीस आमतौर पर उत्तर प्रदेश को छोड़कर अन्य राज्यों में सभी श्रेणियों के लिए समान है, उत्तर प्रदेश में यह आरक्षित श्रेणी के लिए (9000/- रु.) और अनारक्षित श्रेणी (18,000/- रु.) के लिए अलग-अलग है।
एनआरआई कोटा
कुछ सरकारी और सरकारी सहायता प्राप्त कॉलेजों में एनआरआई उम्मीदवारों के लिए सीटें आरक्षित हैं। ऐसे संस्थानों में संपूर्ण कोर्स के लिए एमबीबीएस कोर्स फीस 20,000 अमरीकी डॉलर से 75,000 अमरीकी डॉलर तक है।
निजी मेडिकल कॉलेज/संस्थान
निजी मेडिकल कॉलेजों में एमबीबीएस पाठ्यक्रम फीस आमतौर पर स्वयं संस्थानों द्वारा तय किया जाता है। हालाँकि, कर्नाटक और उत्तर प्रदेश जैसे राज्यों ने कैपिंग (ऊपरी सीमा) की शुरुआत की है ताकि प्रत्येक श्रेणी के लिए वार्षिक फीस कितनी होनी चाहिए यह सुनिश्चित किया जा सके और निजी संस्थान छात्रों पर अधिक बोझ न डाल पाएं। निजी कॉलेजों में सीटों की मुख्य श्रेणियां मैनेजमेंट और एनआरआई कोटा हैं। इसके अलावा, लगभग सभी निजी कॉलेजों में आमतौर पर सरकारी कोटा के लिए भी सीटें आरक्षित होती हैं, जिसके लिए एमबीबीएस कोर्स की फीस अन्य दो श्रेणियों की तुलना में कम होती है।
मैनेजमेंट कोटा – मैनेजमेंट कोटा सीटों के लिए एमबीबीएस का कोर्स शुल्क केरल के मेडिकल कॉलेजों के 4,00,000/- रु. से लेकर राष्ट्रीय चिकित्सा विज्ञान और अनुसंधान संस्थान, जयपुर, राजस्थान की तरह 17,95,000/- रु. तक होता है।
एनआरआई कोटा – विभिन्न निजी मेडिकल कॉलेजों में एनआरआई कोटे के लिए एमबीबीएस कोर्स फीस भी स्वयं संस्थानों द्वारा तय की जाती है। एनआरआई कोटा के तहत आवेदन करने वाले छात्रों के लिए औसत वार्षिक एमबीबीएस कोर्स फीस 25,000 यूएस डॉलर होती है।
सरकारी कोटा – देश के कई निजी कॉलेजों में संबंधित राज्य सरकार के लिए आवंटित सीटों की एक निश्चित संख्या तय की गई है। निजी संस्थानों में भी, इन सीटों के लिए एमबीबीएस कोर्स फीस अन्य श्रेणियों की तुलना में कम है और यह 10,000/- से 7,00,000/- रु. के बीच है।

एम्स एमबीबीएस फीस
चिकित्सा शिक्षा के मामले में देश के प्रमुख संस्थान एम्स (AIIMS) के एमबीबीएस के लिए कोर्स फीस का निर्धारण अखिल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान, नई दिल्ली द्वारा देश भर के अपने 9 परिसरों में किया जाता है। एमबीबीएस पाठ्यक्रम के रूप में एम्स का वार्षिक कोर्स फीस 5856/- रु. के साथ बहुत कम है। होस्टल की फीस सीट की उपलब्धता और आवश्यकता के अनुसार ली जाती है। एम्स में एनआरआई कोटे के तहत आवेदन करने वाले उम्मीदवारों के लिए एमबीबीएस कोर्स फीस पूरे पाठ्यक्रम के लिए केवल 75,000 यूएस डॉलर है।
जिपमर मेडिकल कॉलेज फीस

नहीं, ऐसी स्थिति में उम्मीदवार को केवल हायर फीस का भुगतान करना होगा यानी डीम्ड विश्वविद्यालय के 5000/ - रुपये (काउंसिलिंग / रजिस्ट्रेशन) के साथ साथ 2,00,000 / - (सुरक्षा राशि)।
5. सिक्यूरिटी राशि कहां और कब वापस की जाएगी?
सिक्यूरिटी राशि (security amount) को उस संस्थान को वापस कर दिया जाएगा, जहां पर उम्मीदवार का एडमिशन होगा और उस राशि को पहले वर्ष के वार्षिक शुल्क के साथ ही समायोजित किया जाएगा। यदि उम्मीदवार को अतिरिक्त वैकेंसी राउंड सहित किसी भी काउंसलिंग राउंड में कोई भी सीट आवंटित नहीं की जाती है, तो रजिस्ट्रेशन के समय उम्मीदवार द्वारा दिया गया शुल्क उसके खाते में वापस कर दिया जाएगा। लेकिन यह सिक्यूरिटी राशि काउंसलिंग पूरी होने के बाद ही वापस की जाएगी।
6. रजिस्ट्रेशन के समय भुगतान किए जाने वाले विभिन्न शुल्क क्या हैं?
डीम्ड विश्वविद्यालयों के लिए, रजिस्ट्रेशन फीस 2000 रुपये है, जबकि सिक्यूरिटी फीस 2,00,000 रुपये होगा। 15% ऑल इंडिया कोटा, डीम्ड विश्वविद्यालयों, केंद्रीय विश्वविद्यालय, एएफएमसी और ईएसआईसी के लिए, नॉन-रिफंडेबल रजिस्ट्रेशन फीस सामान्य श्रेणी के लिए 1000 रुपये और एससी / एसटी / ओबीसी उम्मीदवारों के लिए 500 रुपये है, जबकि रिफंडेबल सिक्योरिटी फीस सामान्य श्रेणी के उम्मीदवारों के लिए 10,000 रुपये और आरक्षित वर्ग के लिए 5,000 रुपये है।
