Hi Candidate,
You should go through the NEET PG guidelines to understand the the format criteria of OBC certificate, and if you think that you can produce it before the last date of registration then you should definitely apply in your specific OBC category.

Can I get any private or any government college medical college if I will score 500 marks in neet form General category
Hi
Your profile suggest that your domicile state is Uttar Pradesh
This is quite difficult to predict that whether you will get seat or not as in a Government Medical College with 500 marks as cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 500 marks
you have a low chance to get a seat in Government Medical College.
For example,
in neet 2019, 575 marks for general category was the lowest marks to get a seat in government medical college under UP state quota and it was for Autonomous Medical College, Bahraich
You can check the same at
https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-up/amp
So, to be on the safer side to get a seat in a Government Medical College you should try to get at least around 625 marks in your Neet 2021 examination
You can prepare well for your neet examination you can use our neet program for which link is provided below

But yes,
If you want to get into a private medical college then with 500 marks you can get in following private medical college for Government quota seats under UP state quota:-
*F.H. Medical College, Agra
*Career Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow
*Rama Medical College Hospital, & Research Centre, Kanpur
*Hind Institute of Medical Sciences, Barabanki
*Mayo Institute of Medical Sciences, Barabanki
And a few more
