The result of the first phase of Telangana MBBS counselling has been released on July 11. The authority conducted the choice filling for Telangana MBBS admission on July 7, 2019. After the conclusion of the document verification process, the authority had released the final merit list of Telangana MBBS 2019 on July 6. The online application form for seats under management quota seats to participate in the Telangana MBBS admission process was released on July 3, 2019. Eligible candidates could fill the application form till July 10, 2019. Candidates who will fulfil certain eligibility criteria set by the state will be allowed for admission to Telangana MBBS 2019. It is also mandatory for applicants to qualify National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) for admissions to 3,151 MBBS and 1,125 BDS seats offered by the government and private colleges under 85% state quota seats. While the remaining 15% seats from all government medical colleges will be reserved for All India Quota students, which will be filled by Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) based on NEET UG scores.

KNRUHS has published the seat allotment list of round one of Telangana MBBS counselling on July 11. A link to check the seat allotment list has been provided above. started the choice filling for Telangana MBBS counselling on July 7, 2019. Eligible candidates were required to fill choices till July 10 up to 2:00 PM. The authority will conduct two rounds of Telangana MBBS/BDS 2019 counselling for admission to medical and dental colleges in the state. Candidates included in the state merit list are eligible to participate for counselling procedure. While registering for Telangana MBBS counselling 2019 process, students need to enter their choices of colleges and courses, in which they want to get admission into. Based on the choices filled, Telangana MBBS rank and seats available in a particular course, the admission of Telangana MBBS 2019 will be granted.
Candidates who will be allotted seats must report at the respective colleges for document verification and completion of the admission process. The authority will conduct the second round of counselling in the last week of July 2019 to fill the remaining vacant seats left.
The authority has published the provisional Telangana MBBS merit list for AYUSH courses, CAP category candidate and for candidates with NCC certificates on July 22. A link to check the merit list has been provided above on this page. After document verification, the authority has published the final Telangana MBBS merit 2019 list on July 6. Candidates whose name appear on the final merit list will be eligible to participate in the counselling process. The authority has released the revised Telangana MBBS 2019 merit list on July 5. An addendum has been released for the provisional merit list after correction of technical errors. The provisional merit list of Telangana MBBS 2019 was released on June 28, 2019. Only the registered aspirants are included in the Telangana MBBS/BDS 2019 merit list. After the release of provisional merit list, aspirants need to report at the venue for document verification.
Only students whose verification will be done successfully will be included in the final state merit list. It is mandatory for aspirants to qualify NEET 2019 entrance exam by securing the minimum qualifying percentile. The final Telangana MBBS merit list 2019 will display names of the candidate, NEET roll number, state merit rank, category, the local or non-local status of aspirants. Inclusion in the state merit list will permit them to appear for online counselling.

A candidate should be an Indian citizen or Person of Indian Origin (PIO)/Overseas Citizens of India (OCIs) cardholder and should satisfy the local or non-local status in Telangana.
One must be a local or non-local candidate of Telangana
Local Candidate - Such aspirants will be eligible for 85% state quota seats and 15% All India Quota seats as well. He/she must fulfil the following conditions.
Students who have studied/resided in a local area for a period of not less than four years and the last year should be of passing Class 12 examination.
If the candidate has studied in the two or more local areas for seven consecutive years and the last year of qualifying Class 12, then the area in which he/she had stayed the most number of years will be considered.
If an applicant had stayed equal number of years out of the seven consecutive years, then the last stayed area will be considered.
Non Local Candidate - There will be 15% seats available for non-local students. These seats are unreserved therefore local area candidates can also take admission. It is mandatory for aspirant to be a resident of Telangana for a period of 10 years.
Candidates should have passed their Class 12 examination or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English to be eligible for Telangana MBBS admission 2019.
It is important for unreserved category to secure 50% in Class 12 or equivalent exam, while reserved category students must have obtained 40% taken together in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology or English.
Aspirants must be born between May 7, 1994 to January 1, 2003 to be eligible for Telangana MBBS admission 2019.
The minimum qualifying NEET cutoff 2019 must be secured by aspirants. The category-wise NEET qualifying cutoff is mentioned below.

The application form of Telangana MBBS application form 2019 has been made available on June 22, 2019. Only the domicile candidates who will satisfy other relevant eligibility conditions will be allowed for Telangana MBBS/BDS online registration 2019.
