15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats: Admission to 15% AIQ seats in medical/dental institutes in West Bengal will be granted through NEET counselling. The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will conduct the counselling 15% AIQ seats on the basis of NEET 2026 rank.
Central/Deemed universities: In addition to 15% AIQ seats, MCC will also grant admission to 100% seats in deemed and central universities in the state through NEET counselling 2026.

Nationality: Indian nationals are eligible to apply for West Bengal MBBS 2026 admission. Outside West Bengal candidates can apply for management quota seats in private colleges and NRI candidates can apply for NRI quotas seats.
