The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Assam, conducts the Assam NEET 2024 admissions. The authority will release the Assam NEET 2024 counselling registration form on the official website. A link to download the Assam NEET 2024 counselling application form will be provided here, after availability.

NEET scores will be the deciding factor for Assam MBBS/BDS admissions in 2024. The authorities will release the Assam MBBS 2024 merit list online. Under the 85% state quota, admissions to Assam MBBS 2024 will take place through state counselling by the respective authorities.
There will be a total of four rounds of Assam NEET counselling, and candidates will have to specify what course they want to attend during the counselling process. Based on the choices made by the aspirants, the availability of seats, and the NEET exam scores, 1100 MBBS and 50 BDS seats will be allocated to the six medical colleges and one dental college in Assam. Assam MBBS 2024 Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the Assam MBBS admission 2024, candidates must review the eligibility criteria. The Directorate of Medical Education has established eligibility standards, which are listed below.
The candidate must pass the NEET 2024 exam.
The applicant must be a citizen of India.
As of December 31, 2024, the candidate must be at least 17 years old.
Each candidate must have passed English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in the 12th grade.
Students must have attended Assam state schools from class VII to XII.
Every candidate should be in good health.
For the unreserved category, the candidate must obtain 60 per cent in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology and 50 per cent in the reserved category.
The candidate or candidate’s parents must be a permanent resident of Assam state for at least 20 years.

Assam MBBS 2024 Merit List
Depending on the NEET marks obtained by candidates, DME releases the state merit list for MBBS/BDS in Assam in 2024. The list contains the names, NEET scores, percentile, NEET rank, and state merit rank of all qualified candidates from the medical entrance exam and those who are permanently resident in the state. Eligible candidates are notified about the counselling round based on their merit rank. Candidates are required to complete the Assam MBBS application form 2024 before beginning the counselling process.
Assam MBBS 2024 Counselling
DME releases the application form for Assam MBBS 2024 on their official website.
The Directorate of Medical Education, Assam, will scrutinize all application forms once the Assam MBBS 2024 registration process is successfully completed.
The Directorate will produce a list of all candidates who meet the requirements. After that, they will be called for the process of counselling for granting admission to MBBS/BDS courses in Assam.
The final merit list has been published on the official website of DME.

Yes, a foreign student who has successfully finished their secondary education at the 10+2 level abroad is qualified to sit for the NEET exam; these students are classified as NRIs, overseas candidates, or international candidates.The following are the requirements for eligibility for such candidates:
You need to have completed your 10+2 exam with English and one of the required disciplines being either chemistry, biology, physics, or biotechnology.
In the 10+2 test, a minimum of 50% of total points are needed.
The rules of MCI and the relevant university/INSTITUTE will decide the equivalentity of the results and admission in colleges.

I am sorry but I don't know much about the exact NEET UG score cutoff for DY Patil Pune. But I would like to tell you some other way:
- *NEET UG Counselling*: NEET UG 2024 counselling process is expected to start after the last week of July 2024.
- *DY Patil Dental College Pune*: NEET UG stray vacancy cutoff for general category in 2023 was 521253 for the third round and 169304 for the fourth round.
- *DY Patil Medical College*: Admission to DY Patil Medical College is based on NEET UG exam marks followed by counselling.
