• 85% State Quota Seats - DME, Tripura conducts centralised counselling for Tripura MBBS admission 2025 on the basis of State Merit Rank derived from NEET scores

• Central Deemed Universities - The Tripura NEET 2025 counselling is conducted by MCC on the basis of NEET All India Rank (AIR)

DME, Tripura releases the Tripura NEET eligibility list mentioning the name of candidates who have passed NEET exam from the state.
