The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has closed AFMC NEET application form in online mode. NEET qualified candidates, have to fill out the AFMC MBBS 2025 application form by August 6, 2025. The authority released the AFMC registration form on July 21, 2025. After the last date of registration, DGHS provides the details of registered candidates to the Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC), Pune, which then releases the AFMC MBBS 2025 provisional allotment result.

The shortlisted candidates are called for the screening. The exact schedule of AFMC screening will be available on the official website. Based on the NEET score and screening at AFMC, two separate merit lists of boys and girls will be released. The shortlisted candidates will be called for the Test of English Language, Comprehension, Logic and Reasoning (ToELR), which is a computer-based test (CBT). This will be followed by the Psychological Assessment Test (PAT), Interview and Medical Examination at AFMC, Pune. Admission to the institute is granted based on scores obtained in written examinations and Interviews. Candidates wishing to apply for AFMC MBBS admission must have the following eligibility criteria.
Nationality - The candidate should be a citizen of India. If foreign candidates get Indian citizenship and also a certificate of eligibility from the Ministry of Home Affairs, they can fill AFMC MBBS 2025 application form. This does not apply to the 5 Government Sponsored Candidates from Friendly Foreign Countries
Marital status - The aspiring candidate must be unmarried when joining the course. The authorities will not allow such candidates to continue the course who marry during the duration of the same.
Age - By January 31, 2025 the candidate must attain the age of 17 years, but must not be more than 24 years of age.
Others - Aspirants who originally belong to the Union Territories of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh are also eligible to apply
Medical fitness - The candidate should be medically fit as per the standards of the Government of India, Ministry of Defence

AFMC aspirants must familiarise themselves with the process to fill AFMC MBBS 2025 application form. Steps for the same are mentioned in the points below:
Visit the official website, mcc.nic.in.
Click on the ‘AFMC application form’ link.
Enter NEET roll number and date of birth.
Verify the filled details before submitting the AFMC application form.
After filling in the required details, make the application fee payment.
Download and take a printout of the same.

Note - Candidates are advised to keep a copy of their NEET application form while registering for AFMC MBBS 2025. This is because the details entered on it and on the application form of AFMC MBBS should match.
Candidates who successfully submit the AFMC MBBS application form 2025 will be allowed to participate in the counselling process. DGHS will conduct counselling for admissions. The conducting authority will call around 1,880 candidates (1490 boys and 390 girls ) for the screening test. Candidates' final score will include performance in the ToELR and Personal Interview.
A total of 145 candidates (115 boys & 30 girls) will be admitted for the year 2025. In addition to the above-mentioned seats, Govt, at its discretion through the Ministry of External Affairs & Ministry of Defence, may sponsor and select 5 NEET UG qualified foreign students from friendly foreign countries for MBBS training in AFMC, under their aid/collaboration programs. Up to 10 seats out of 145 are offered to candidates belonging to SC and ST.
The authority releases the AFMC merit list 2025 after the completion of the application process. Candidates need to produce the documents required for the AFMC MBBS application at the time of the counselling process. Demand draft of Rs. 250 in the name of ‘DGAFMS Admission Fund’, payable at New Delhi
Class 10 and 12 mark sheets
Aadhaar card
A certificate from the principal of the last school stating that the candidate was a regular student
Caste certificate (if applicable)
Sports Certificate and the level of representation (if applicable)
AFMC registration slip printout
NCC Certificate
Coloured photograph with white background: passport size and stamp size (16 each)

firstly, for NEET the main requirements are ur own details.. ur name, ur dob, photo, signature and identity proof.. if ur mother's name is slightly different on ur 10th marksheet and her aadhar card, it usually doesnt create any issue during NEET admission or registration as well.. however if there is a major difference then u should consider getting the aadhar updated to avoid confusion during counselling or document verification
