AFMC MBBS Admission 2022: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), along with Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC), Pune, conducts the AFMC NEET 2022 admission. AFMC MBBS admission 2022 process will be conducted for NEET 2022 qualified candidates only. Candidates will be able to fill AFMC MBBS 2022 application form in online mode. Candidates will have to fill in their personal and educational details along with contact number, NEET 2022 roll number, etc.

Based on the NEET scores and details filled in the application form, the authorities will release the AFMC 2022 merit list mentioning the roll number and name of the candidates. The shortlisted aspirants will be invited for AFMC MBBS counselling 2022 procedure. The couselling process includes Test of English language, Comprehension, Logic and Reasoning (ToELR) and interview process.

Based on the scores obtained in the ToELR process, NEET exam, and interview, AFMC MBBS admission 2022 will be given. The authorities will release AFMC MBBS cutoff 2022 during the counselling process. AFMC MBBS Eligibility Criteria 2022

Candidates must check the AFMC MBBS eligibility criteria laid down by the authorities before applying for admission. The eligibility criteria is given below:

• Nationality: Candidate must be of Indian origin. Candidates belonging to Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir are also eligible. Candidates who have received an eligibility certificate from the Ministry of Home Affairs can also fill the application form of AFMC MBBS admission.

• Marital status: Candidates willing to take admission in AFMC must be unmarried. Secondly, they will not be permitted to get married during the course.

• Age limit: Candidate must be of 17 years of age by December 31, 2022 to apply for AFMC MBBS admission 2022. Also, the maximum age limit is 24 years.

• Educational qualification: Candidates must have qualified NEET entrance examination. Also, the candidates must have passed/ appeared in Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English subjects from a recognized board.

• Minimum marks required: Candidates must secure at least 60% aggregate marks in Science (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) subjects. Also, they must secure 50% in English and each Science subject.

• Medical fitness: Medical requirements that needs to be fulfilled are given below:

1. Candidates must not have any disorder or disability.

2. In case they are declared unfit they can make an appeal for it by paying a fee of ₹40.

3. Minimum height and weight requirement for boys is 157.5 cms and 47 kgs respectively. The minimum height for Gorkhas, Nepalese, Assamese, and Garhwali is 152.5 cm.

4. Minimum height and weight requirement for girls is 144 cm and 36 kgs respectively.

5. Examination of candidates will be based on height, speech, sight, skin infections, hearing ability, etc.

AFMC MBBS 2022: Application form

AFMC NEET application form 2022 will be released by MCC on the official website- mcc.nic.in. Eligible candidates will be able to register themselves online for AFMC MBBS admission 2022. Candidates will need to fill in their personal, academic and contact details, NEET UG roll number and other details. However, filling the details does not guarantee admission to AFMC, Pune.
