AFMC MBBS Eligibility Criteria 2026

Candidates must check the AFMC MBBS eligibility criteria laid down by the authorities before applying for admission. The eligibility criteria is given below:

• Nationality: Candidate must be of Indian origin. Candidates belonging to Jammu and Kashmir are also eligible. Foreign candidates who have received an eligibility certificate from the Ministry of Home Affairs can also fill the application form of AFMC MBBS admission.

• Marital status: Candidates willing to take admission in AFMC must be unmarried. Secondly, they will not be permitted to get married during the course.

• Educational Qualification: Candidates must have qualified NEET entrance examination. Also, the candidates must have passed/ appeared in Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English subjects from a recognised board.

• Minimum marks required: Candidates must secure at least 60% aggregate marks in Science (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) subjects. Also, they must secure 50% in English and 50% in each of the Science subjects.

• Medical fitness: Medical requirements that need to be fulfilled are given below:

1. Candidates must not have any disorder or disability.

2. In case they are declared unfit, they can make an appeal for it by paying a fee of ₹40.

3. The minimum height requirement for boys is 157 cms and the minimum height for girls is 152 cm.

4. Examination of candidates will be based on height, speech, sight, skin infections, hearing ability, etc.

AFMC NEET 2026: Application form

AFMC NEET application form is released by MCC on the official website - mcc.nic.in. Eligible candidates must register themselves online for AFMC MBBS admission 2026. Candidates need to fill in their personal, academic and contact details, NEET UG roll number and other details. However, filling in the details does not guarantee admission to AFMC, Pune.

• Test of English Language & Comprehension and Logical Reasoning (ToELR)

• Psychological Assessment Test (PAT)
