All India Institute of Medical Sciences, AIIMS releases the AIIMS MBBS cut off on the official website. The AIIMS MBBS cut off 2023 will be updated here as soon as it is available. Candidates can check the cutoff to know the minimum AIIMS 2023 passing marks. AIIMS institutes use only NEET scores for admissions.

Candidates must obtain the minimum qualifying marks in NEET exam in order to be eligible for admission to AIIMS. The AIIMS cut off is the last rank at which the admission is granted to the candidates who qualify the medical entrance test. The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) conducts counselling for all the AIIMS institutes. Candidates who qualify NEET UG will be able to appear in NEET counselling. The MCC releases the opening and closing NEET cutoff after every round of NEET counselling. Considering you as general candidate it's not possible to get a mbbs seat with 320 score , though you may try for other medical courses , also  it depends upon neet cut off  2024 . Cut off changes every year. It is  dependent on factors including students appeared , seat intake , difficulty level of exam,  normalisation process and previous year's cut off.
