Questions related to NEET

Have a question related to NEET ?

Hello,

Yes, selecting the wrong option in the application can lead to rejection.

  1. Mismatch Issue : If you selected "Yes" to having joined before the specified dates (15.03.2002, 15.05.2013 to 03.01.2014), but your Primary Medical Qualification was obtained in 2018, the information would be inconsistent.
  2. Potential Consequences : This discrepancy can be flagged during review, potentially causing delays or rejection.
  3. Correct Action : Ensure to select the correct option (No, if you joined after 2018) and provide accurate supporting documents like your NEET result.
  4. Immediate Correction : Correct the form if possible before submission to avoid rejection.

Hope it helps !

Yes, if you have already cleared NEET and secured a BAMS seat in Rajarajeshwari College, you can attempt NEET again. If you score better and meet the cut-off criteria for MBBS, you may be eligible to get an MBBS seat in the same college or another institution. However, there are a few things to consider:

  1. NEET Rank and Cut-off: MBBS admissions are highly competitive. You must secure a high rank in NEET and meet the college's MBBS cut-off for that particular year.

  2. College Policy: Each college has its own rules regarding switching from one course (like BAMS) to another (like MBBS). You will need to confirm with Rajarajeshwari College whether they allow you to switch from BAMS to MBBS after qualifying for the NEET exam again.

  3. Seats Availability: There may be limited MBBS seats available, depending on the college and the number of candidates admitted.

  4. Admission Process: If you get a better rank and are eligible for MBBS, you would have to go through the formal admission process, which could include counseling and document verification.

Make sure to stay updated on NEET's official notifications and confirm all the details with the college for a clearer understanding of the process.

Hello Surekha,

If your documents have initials (such as in your name) but your OBC certificate does not, it could potentially cause discrepancies during the NEET registration process. NEET registration requires consistency in the name across all documents.

To avoid issues:

  1. Ensure consistency : If the name on your OBC certificate is different from other documents due to the absence of initials, it is best to get the OBC certificate corrected to match the other documents.

  2. Cross-check all documents : All your documents (including mark sheets, ID proofs, and the OBC certificate) should reflect the same name format (with or without initials) to avoid any discrepancies during the verification process.

It’s always a good idea to clarify this with the official NEET helpline or the concerned authorities before the registration deadline.

I hope this answer helps you. If you have more queries then feel free to share your questions with us we will be happy to assist you.

Thank you and wishing you all the best for your bright future.
