Step 1: Visit the official NEET website
Go to the NEET 2025 official website, neet.nta.nic.in. This is where all the official details related to NEET, including application forms, NEET information brochure, and important updates, are published.
Step 2: NEET registration 2025
Candidates need to create an account on the portal. Follow the registration process and provide essential details such as the name of candidate, date of birth, contact information, and email address.
Step 3: Online Aadhaar card verification
Next, candidates need to enter their name as per the Aadhaar card, date of birth, Gender, and Address. Students also need to enter their Aadhaar number and provide the mobile number linked to their Aadhaar card. An OTP is sent to the registered mobile number which candidates need to submit. No,you need to take only marksheet of class 11th in conselling no need of transfer certificate. The documents required for NEET counseling include educational certificates and in t.c you have to submit 12th transfer certificates It's issued to students when they leave an institution to move to another school or continue their studies elsewhere.
- Documents required for NEET counselling: Educational certificate, Identity proof, Passport size photographs, Category certificate (if applicable).
- To apply for NEET, there is no specific minimum requirement for securing marks in class 11. However, it is important to perform well in both class 11 and 12.

it is highly likely that you can secure admission into a BHMS course under the SC category, as the cut-off for SC category in most states is usually much lower than the general category, and 101 marks might be sufficient to get you a seat in a government or private BHMS college depending on the state and college availability.

If you have two different names on Aadhar and 10thcertificate it can be rectified just by writing a self attested letter and show it to the officials during document verification in counselling process of NEET 2025 but Students should ensure their Aadhaar card information matches their class 10 mark sheet, particularly the name and date of birth. Any discrepancies should be rectified immediately for future use because it may create hurdle while doing any government work like passport, driving licence etc.
You need to contact your school and submit an application for a name correction, along with supporting documents like an affidavit stating the correct spelling and a copy of your identity proof to get the mistake rectified on your marksheet.
