The National Testing Agency (NTA) provides the opportunity to the registered candidates to make corrections in the application form by opening the NEET correction window 2025. Candidates can make corrections in the NEET application form through the correction window within the stipulated time period. The NEET 2025 correction window is the single opportunity for making any corrections in the application form and no further opportunity is provided to make corrections.

To use NEET correction window 2025, candidates have to use NEET candidate login 2025 and enter the NEET application number, password, and security code. Eligible aspirants who register themselves for the NEET exam can edit their details during the NEET application form correction window and submit the registration fee, if applicable. It should be noted that except the mobile number and email ID used during the NEET 2025 registrations, applicants can edit all fields and uploaded documents.

NTA will provide a correction window for NEET 2025 from March 9 to 11, 2025. The correction window for NEET 2025 provides candidates with an opportunity to make corrections to their NEET application form.

To make corrections in the NEET application form 2025 using the correction window, medical aspirants need to follow the below-mentioned steps:
Step 1: Click on the link provided on this page
Step 2: Login using NEET 2025 application number and password
Step 3: Click on the link mentioning “Corrections in NEET application form”
Step 4: Modify the details and then click on ‘Final submit’
Step 5: One Time Password (OTP) is sent to the registered number. Enter the same
Step 6: Take a printout of the NEET application form correction slip for future reference

Step 1: Click on the link available on this page
Step 2: Enter the application number, password and security code
Candidates must login by entering their application number, password and security pin.
Step 3: Then, click on the link stating ‘Correction in Application Form’
Step 4: Verify with OTP to proceed for correction in NEET UG application form
Step 5: In the application form, students can edit/delete/modify the following details through NEET application correction guide 2025:

Once all the corrections in the NEET application form 2025 are done, aspirants need to click on the submit button. In case for more corrections, click on the ‘back’ button or select the ‘preview and submit’ option for successful submission.
Note: It must be noted that the changes once submitted cannot be changed, therefore, aspirants need to be careful during modifications.
Step 6: Cross-check the edited fields in the preview section. On the preview page, the corrections made in NEET 2025 application are displayed in ‘Red’ colour with the modification done. After verifying, enter the One Time Password (OTP) received in the mobile number and email ID, then, click on ‘final submit’.
Once the final submission is done, a pop-up message stating, “This is a one-time correction facility. No corrections are allowed after final submission.” Candidates can proceed by selecting the option ‘Yes, please do’. In case of some other edits, click on ‘oops! No option. Once the final submission is done, NTA do not entertain any request for NEET correction 2025.
Step 7: After the successful submission of the NEET application correction form 2025, candidates must take a printout of the correction slip. To take a printout, click on the link, ‘click here to print this page’ available in the blue font at the top of the screen.
In case of changes in the category, students are required to deposit the additional fees. The application fees should be submitted in online mode through net banking or debit/credit cards on or before the last date of the correction window.
Candidates can take the printout of NEET correction slip 2025 by logging in using their credentials and clicking on the link, ‘Click here to take the printout of correction slip’.

1. Year of Passing – Since you had a compartment in 2024 and are reappearing in 2025, select Appearing or Passed in 2025 (whichever option is available).
2. School/Board Name – Enter the board name under which you are appearing as a private candidate in 2025.
3. Roll Number – If your new roll number for the compartment exam is available, enter it; otherwise, leave it blank for now.
4. Marks Obtained – If you are waiting for results, mention that you are appearing in 2025. If the form asks for marks, you may need to enter tentative details and update them later.
5. Result Status – Select Appearing or Compartment as per the available options.

In the NEET correction window , NTA generally allows changes in specific details such as personal information, category and uploaded documents. However, the ability to change address proof (such as an Aadhaar card) depends on NTA's guidelines for that year.
If the correction window allows document re-uploading , you should be able to upload your updated Aadhaar card. If not , you may need to provide the updated Aadhaar during the counseling process. Keep an eye on NTA's official notifications for the exact correction window details.

The Aadhaar number remains the same even after updating details like the photo or address. If you fill out the NEET form using your current Aadhaar details and it gets updated later, there shouldn't be an issue as long as the number remains unchanged.
However, during document verification, if there is a significant difference in your appearance due to the updated photo, you may be asked for additional proof.
To avoid any confusion, it's best to keep a copy of both the old and updated Aadhaar cards and any acknowledgment slip of the update request.

Yes , as per NMC (National Medical Commission) guidelines , the NEET scorecard is valid for three years from the date of result declaration for MBBS admissions abroad.
Since your NEET result was declared on 7th September 2022 , your score remains valid until 7th September 2025 . If you secure admission before this date, you can use your NEET 2022 scorecard.
