• Candidates must have completed class 12 or equivalent exam from a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as mandatory subjects.

• Candidates must have secured a minimum aggregate of 45% marks in PCB (40% for SC/ST candidates) in the qualifying exam.

• Candidates appearing for class 12 exam can also apply however, they must complete their class 12 by the time online counselling starts.

• A candidate with higher marks in the Biology paper is placed higher in the merit list. 

• If tie is not resolved, a candidate with higher marks in Chemistry subject is placed higher in the merit list. 

• At last, tie is resolved by placing a candidate older in age above in the Bihar Paramedical merit list.
