The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) will conduct the Bihar Paramedical entrance exam 2026 for admission to the BSc Paramedical courses in various government and private colleges in Bihar. Through the Bihar Paramedical 2026 exam, admissions are granted to Bachelor of Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy, Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Technology, Bachelor of Operation Technology, Bachelor of Radio Imaging Technology and Bachelor of Optometry courses.
BCECE 2026 Paramedical exam is conducted in offline mode. For each correct answer 4 marks is given and 1 mark is deducted for every incorrect answer. Candidates who qualify for the Bihar Paramedical exam 2026 are required to appear for the counselling session conducted in online mode.

Candidates must have completed class 12 or equivalent exam from a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as mandatory subjects.
Candidates must have secured a minimum aggregate of 45% marks in PCB (40% for SC/ST candidates) in the qualifying exam.
Candidates appearing for class 12 exam can also apply however, they must complete their class 12 by the time online counselling starts.
Candidates must have completed 17 years of age as on December 31 of the year of admission. There is no upper age limit to appear for the exam.

A candidate with higher marks in the Biology paper is placed higher in the merit list.
If tie is not resolved, a candidate with higher marks in Chemistry subject is placed higher in the merit list.
At last, tie is resolved by placing a candidate older in age above in the Bihar Paramedical merit list.
