Based on MP NEET PG admission. the admissions in Masters of Surgery (MS), Doctor of Medicine (MD), PG Diploma, and Masters of Dental Surgery (MDS) in the state is done. To participate in MP medical PG counselling, candidates need to register at dme.mponline.gov.in. MP NEET PG Eligibility Criteria 2024
Candidates must have an MBBS/BDS degree or pass certificate issued by the Medical Council of India (MCI)/Dental Council of India (DCI) or State Medical Council (SMC)/State Dental Council (SDC)
Aspirants must get the registration certificate for MCI/DCI or SMC/SDC before the admission process of MP NEET PG 2024.
An applicant must have completed their 12 monthly rotatory internships on or before March 31, 2024.
It is also mandatory to qualify for the national-level entrance exam by securing the NEET PG cutoff 2024 as specified by the conducting authority.
MP NEET PG Application Form 2024
DME, MP releases the application form for MP NEET PG 2024 in online mode. Only candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria can fill MP PG medical application form on or before the last date. During the online registrations for MP NEET PG 2024 admission, aspirants need to enter their basic personal details asked. After the completion of registration, MP PG medical login credentials are sent to the email ID and mobile number.
Using the login credentials, graduates are required to complete the MP NEET PG application form, which includes personal, qualifications, NEET PG result 2024, contact, and other information. The scanned images of documents should also be uploaded and the file size should be less than 200 KB, while the image format should be only in JPG./JPEG. Once the application form is submitted, candidates need to pay MP NEET PG 2024 application fees of Rs. 500 in online mode using credit/debit cards and net banking. Along with the application fees, Rs. 100 for choice filling & locking and Rs. 30 as portal fees should be submitted.

Madhya Pradesh NEET PG Counselling 2024 Merit List
The MP PG medical merit list is released for every round of MP NEET PG counselling. The MP NEET PG merit list 2024 is released only for the registered candidates. Based on scores obtained in NEET PG 2024, authorities prepare the state PG medical merit lits. The ranks list for PG mentions the names, NEET PG merit rank, eligible category, domicile criteria, scores (out of 800), MP PG state merit rank and other details. On the basis of ranks mentioned in the state merit list of MP NEET PG 2024, aspirants are called for DME MP PG counselling process.
MP NEET PG Counselling 2024
Based on the ranks in the merit list, the authority conducts MP counselling NEEt PG 2024 in online mode. DME, MP organises three rounds of MP NEET PG counselling 2023 including mop-up round for PG admission 2024 MP to 830 MD/MS/PG Diploma offered in medical and dental colleges of the state.
Only the candidates who register and are included in the merit list are eligible to participate in MP NEET PG 2024 counselling. During the Madhya Pradesh NEET PG counselling process, aspirants have to provide their preferences of colleges as well as courses, in which they wish to get MP PG medical admission. They can choose as many specializations. Based on choices filled, NEET PG rank, seat availability, seats available, reservation criteria and other factors admission to MP PG medical is granted.
The MP NEET PG seat allotment is released in online mode. In case of any seats left vacant, the authority conducts the mop-up round.

Maharashtra provides a 'Hilly Area Reservation' for medical admissions, mainly for MBBS courses. To qualify, candidates must have studied in schools located in hilly areas as per their parents' domicile.
However, for NEET PG (MDS) , there is no specific mention of hilly area reservation.

Yes, you can write
NEET PG
while continuing your current MD course in a private college. You are not required to discontinue the MD course before writing the exam. However, if you secure admission to another MD/MS/DNB course through NEET PG and wish to join it, you will need to officially resign from your current MD program.
Important Points to Consider:

Bond and Penalty:
Most private colleges have a service bond or penalty for discontinuing an MD course. If you leave before completing the course, you may have to pay the bond amount or a penalty.

Eligibility Criteria:
Ensure that your current college has no restrictions on appearing for NEET PG while pursuing an MD.
- Counseling Process: If you get a new seat through NEET PG, you must formally resign from your current course before joining the new one.

- Management Quota: In this seats are reserved for candidates who may not have secured admission through the regular merit - based process. These seats often come with higher tuition fees and are filled based on different criteria set by the institution. In Telangana, candidates seeking admission under the management quota must have qualified in the NEET PG examination and other specific criteria.
- Institutional Quota: IT can vary in meaning across different states and institutions. General it refers to seat allocated at the discretion of the institutions, potentially for candidates associated with the institution or its stakeholders. However in the context of Andhra Pradesh (AP) there is not a specific “institutional quota”. Instead AP has a “convenor quota”, which pertains to government seats allocated in private medical colleges.

If you've been allotted a seat in the NEET PG All India Quota (AIQ) stray vacancy round and choose not to accept it, consider the following:
-
Forfeiture of Security Deposit : Not joining the allotted seat will result in the loss of your security deposit.
-
Debarment from Future Exams : You will be barred from taking the NEET exam in the subsequent year.
-
Ineligibility for State Counselling : Data of candidates who have joined seats in Round 3 will be shared with state counselling authorities, and such candidates will be prohibited from participating in subsequent state counselling rounds.
Therefore, if you do not accept the seat allotted in the AIQ stray vacancy round, you will be ineligible to participate in your state's third round of counselling .
