UP PG Medical Admission 2019 - Directorate of Medical Education and Training (DMET), Uttar Pradesh has released the merit list of UP PG medical 2019 for mop-up round on May 13. UP PG 2019 medical seat allotment for government colleges for candidates ranked 1-1204 is being conducted on May 14. Counselling and seat allotment for private colleges will be conducted on May 15-16. Registration for mop-up round of UP PG medical counselling 2019 was open till May 12; earlier mop-up was postponed from May 9-10. GOI has lowered the NEET PG 2019 qualifying cutoff by 6 percentile for all categories. It also directed state/UTs to prepare revised qualifying percentile and fill unfilled seats in subsequent rounds of counselling. Seat allotment result of UP PG medical counselling 2019 for Round II was released on April 28. Seat allotment can be checked on official website by first selecting the course, and then entering one's roll number and email id.

Choice filling for UP PG medical counselling 2019 for Round 2 was conducted from April 24-25 and was open to candidates who are included in the UP PG state merit list 2019 for Round 2. UP PG 2019 merit list is released separately for MD/MS and MDS courses; the link to download the merit list is provided below. The UP PG medical/MDS merit lists contain details like the roll number of the candidate, state merit rank, NEET PG 2019 rank, and marks. Candidates who are included in the merit lists have to next participate in choice filling process from April 24 April 24 (11.30 am) and 25, 2019. Candidates who are included in UP PG medical/ MDS 2019 merit lists are eligible to participate in choice filling process. UP PG medical 2019 choice filling for Round I was earlier scheduled to be conducted from April 2-4, but later rescheduled. The merit list of UP PG medical 2019 was released on March 30. Only such candidates who meet the specified eligibility criteria set by the authority and also secures the minimum NEET PG cut off percentile are considered for admission to UP PG medical 2019. Based on the scores obtained in NEET PG exam, the admission to 458 state quota seats will be granted through UP PG medical admission 2019 under 50% state quota seats. The remaining 50% seats from all government medical colleges will be reserved for aspirants selected under All India Quota seats, which will be filled through NEET PG rank by Medical Counselling Committee (MCC).

UP PG Medical Eligibility Criteria 2019
Before applying for UP PG medical admission 2019, aspirants must go through the eligibility conditions set by DMET, Uttar Pradesh to check whether they are eligible or not. The following are the UP PG medical 2019 eligibility criteria:
Aspirants must have MBBS degree or MBBS provisional/permanent pass certificate issued by medical college recognised by Medical Council of India (MCI).
Candidates should have completed their 12 months rotatory internship on or before March 31, 2019, and possess the completion certificate.
Applicants who will be granted admission to any PG courses will not be eligible for UP PG medical admission until or unless they completes the course.
Candidates who have passed MBBS from the college/institute which is not in Uttar Pradesh are also eligible for admission to UP PG medical admission 2019.

UP PG Medical Application Form 2019
DMET, UP has released the UP PG medical 2019 application form for second round on April 16 to 18, 2019. Earlier, the application form for round one started from March 26 at 4:00 PM. A link is provided on this page above for UP PG medical online registration 2019. The registration for UP PG medical admission 2019 can done in online mode only. It is important to fill the application form of UP PG medical 2019, else aspirants are not required to proceed for further admission process. The last date of submitting the UP PG medical application form 2019 is March 29.
While filling the UP PG medical application form 2019, aspirants have to enter their personal, qualification, contact, address and NEET PG scores. Along with that, they need to upload the scanned images of relevant documents. The online registration of UP PG medical 2019 will be considered successful only after the deposition of Rs. 2000 as the application fee in online mode via credit/debit card or net banking.
UP PG MDS merit list 2019 for mop-up round has been released on May 11. Based on the NEET PG 2019 scores filled in the UP PG medical application form, the authority has released the UP PG medical merit 2019 for round 2 on April 19, 2019. UP PG medical/MDS merit list 2019 is released in online based on the NEET PG result 2019; the link to download the merit lists are given above. The merit list for round I was released on March 30. Only aspirants whose application form will be accepted successfully and fulfills the eligibility criteria are included in the merit list of UP PG medical 2019. The name of candidates, category, NEET PG marks and state merit rank will be mentioned in the state merit list. Based on the rank in UP PG medical merit list 2019, aspirants will be called for counselling procedure.
Round II - UP PG medical 2019 seat allotment result was announced on April 28. The allotment has been made separately for dental (MDS) and medical (MS/MD) courses. UP PG medical/dental seat allotment has been made based on the state merit rank of the candidate and choices opted for admission. Candidates who have been allotted seats need to download the allotment letter and report at nodal centres for completion of admission process including the payment of fees and document verification within the stipulated time. Those who fail to report at the centres will lose their claim for admission. The reporting schedule for Round II is April 28-May 2. Round I - UP PG medical/dental 2019 seat allotment result was announced on April 7.
The counselling of UP PG medical 2019 is being conducted in online mode only for admission to 50% state quota seats. Aspirants included in the merit list will be called for UP PG medical counselling 2019. DMET, Uttar Pradesh will conduct the counselling of UP PG medical 2019 in three rounds including mop-up round for admission to MD/MS and PG Diploma courses offered by government and private medical colleges/universities/institutes located in the state.
In case, any seats will be left vacant after the completion of round first and second, the DMET, UP will organise the mop-up round of UP PG medical counselling 2019. Candidates who will not be allotted seats in first and second round will be eligible to appear for the mop-up round.
