Allotment letter issued by the MCC - Candidates need to submit the allotment letter issued by the MCC or state counselling board after each round of NEET counselling. It indicates the provisional seat allotment to the candidate during NEET counselling and confirms the candidate's seat in a particular college and course.
NEET Score Card - The NEET scorecard is issued by the National Testing Agency (NTA) and indicates the candidate's score and rank in the NEET exam. The NEET UG counselling is conducted based on this scorecard.
NEET admit card - The NEET admit card is proof that the candidate appeared for the NEET examination. It is an important document for NEET counselling as it contains essential details such as the candidate's roll number, photograph, and examination centre details.

So according to you score in NEET your chances of getting a government MBBS colleges is quite difficult because last year the ranks closed till 460-470 that also in the later rounds but not impossible you can still try for it. You have NCC A certificate so no grace marks will be given to you in neet exam in Telangana. Actually grace marks will be given those who have NCC B certificate or higher than that only. So you are not eligible for this but if you have NCC B certificate than you can grace marks upto 7% if you got that in republic day and 3% if you have NCC B certificate.

You NEET AIR is 1,43,260 and your Category Rank is 69,312 So if you are from general category than it is very difficult for you to get a government colleges but if you are Obv, ews or sc then you have a chance to get BDS. With this rank you can get admission in private dental colleges.

Good morning
No, because qualification in NEET itself is the eligibility criteria to enter counselling. Since 102 marks is below the persistently lowest qualifying range of around 113 for reserved categories, you are not eligible to participate in CW or any other quota during NEET UG counselling.
I suggest you reattempt NEET in the next session.
Or
Consider alternative career options in allied health fields, paramedical courses, or other undergraduate programmes that do not rely solely on NEET scores.
You can explore institutional or management quota seats in private colleges if financially feasible, though those are still highly competitive and may require better NEET marks.
