Allotment letter issued by the MCC - Candidates need to submit the allotment letter issued by the MCC or state counselling board after each round of NEET counselling. Category Certificate (if applicable) - The category certificate issued by a competent authority (such as an SC/ST/OBC certificate) is required during the Physical document verification process of NEET counselling. It validates the candidate's eligibility for reservation benefits during NEET counselling.
Domicile Certificate - The Domicile certificate document for NEET counselling is the proof of residency of the candidate and is used during the 85% state quota NEET counselling. The domicile certificate is also used to avail the domicile-specific reservations.
EWS certificate (if applicable) - Candidates who apply under the EWS quota need to provide the EWS certificate during the NEET counselling. This EWS certificate in NEET is mandatory to avail of the reservation benefit and fee concessions or scholarships.
PwBD certificate (if applicable) - Candidates who belong to the Physically handicapped category or have applied under the PwBD category must provide the PwBD certificate in NEET. It serves as proof that the candidate belongs to a PH category.
Transfer Certificate (TC) - A transfer certificate issued by the candidate's previous school indicating that the candidate has left the institution is mandatory during the NEET counselling.
