Yes, marks improvement marksheets are generally valid for NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test).
If you have appeared for a compartment exam or improvement exam post your initial Class 12 board exams and achieved a higher score, then only the marks improvement mark sheet will be considered for your NEET eligibility.
If you have appeared for an improvement examination, then do mention the latest marksheet information in the NEET application form. This will help avoid any discrepancy or any delay that may arise during processing.
