    The Department of Public Health and Medical Education, Bhopal, releases the MP state merit list of NEET UG 2025 at its official website, dme.mponline.gov.in. As per the latest update, the authority has released a re-revised MP NEET 2025 rank list for mop up round counselling today, November 4. 2025.     The MP state rank list of NEET UG 2025 ranks students based on their NEET 2025 scores, determining their eligibility for admission to 4,180 MBBS seats and 1,283 BDS seats under the 85% state quota counselling. The MP merit list 2025 of NEET is different from the MCC’s All India Quota (AIQ) Merit List.     The MP NEET Rank List 2025 will be published in PDF format on the official DME website. Candidates need to follow these steps to download it:

    • Visit the Official Website: Go to dme.mponline.gov.in.

    • Click on the link provided for “MP NEET UG Merit List 2025” under the undergraduate counselling tab.

    • The merit list PDF will appear on the screen. Click the “Download” option to save it.

    MP NEET 2025 Rank List: Tie-Breaking Criteria

    In cases where two or more candidates score the same marks in NEET UG 2025, the following tie-breaking criteria are applied to prepare the rank list of Madhya Pradesh.

    • Higher Marks in Biology: Candidates with higher scores in the Biology section (including Botany and Zoology) are ranked higher.

    • Higher Marks in Chemistry: If the tie persists, candidates with better scores in Chemistry are given preference.

    • Higher Marks in Physics: If the tie still exists, the candidate with a higher score in Physics is ranked higher.

    • Fewer Incorrect Answers: Candidates with fewer incorrect responses in the NEET exam are placed at a higher rank.
