  • The topper score is expected to range between 710 and 720 marks. The high difficulty level of NEET 2025, particularly in Physics, may prevent many candidates from achieving a perfect score of 720 marks. Experts suggest that AIR 1 NEET 2025 could be secured with a score of 715–720, similar to 2022’s 715.

  • It is expected that in a few exceptional cases, a perfect score of 720 marks is possible in NEET 2025, though the number of such toppers is likely to be lower than in 2024, where 17 students scored 720 marks. Coaching institutes like Allen are anticipating a few students scoring 720 based on the NEET answer key by Allen.

  • As per Allen, early estimations based on their NEET answer key suggest that four students may score 720, with over 30 scoring 715+ and 100 scoring 710+ marks in NEET 2025

  • Experts have also predicted that due to the challenging exam, the NEET 2025 topper score could even dip to 700–710, as seen in 2019 (701). However, this is less likely given the trend of high scores in recent years.
