It is an acknowledgement by the National Testing Agency (NTA), that the candidate's application has been received and accepted. Without this confirmation page, the candidate's registration is incomplete, and they are not allowed to appear for the NEET exam.

    The confirmation page can only be generated once the steps involved in NEET UG application form filling is completed along with the successful completion of fee payment. The following process is involved in generating the confirmation page of NEET 2026.

    • NEET 2026 registration - The first and foremost step for generating the NEET 2026 confirmation page is to register for the entrance exam. During the NEET registration 2026, candidates need to provide their basic details. An OTP is sent to the registered mobile number and email address provided by the candidate. Upon successful verification of OTP, a NEET application number along with the password is generated.

    The NEET 2026 confirmation page can be obtained in several ways. Some of these ways are mentioned below -

    • Through candidate’s login - The aspirants who have paid the application fee can download the confirmation page by logging into the NEET candidate’s login page on neet.ntaonline.in. Applicants need to login using their NEET application number and password and download the confirmation page.

    • Through UMANG app and Digilocker - The applicants can easily download NEET 2026 confirmation page through the UMANG app, and Digilocker at digilocker.gov.in. It is important to note that this facility is only available if the candidate gives his/her consent to save his/her NEET 2026 data in the UMANG app.

    • Via NTA’s email - Once the NEET 2026 application fee payment is successfully completed, the NTA sends a copy of the NEET 2026 confirmation page to the registered email address of the candidate.

    • The confirmation page of the online NEET application form is generated only after a successful fee payment by the candidate.

    • The candidates must provide a mobile number and email ID of the parents. A copy of NEET 2026 confirmation page is sent to the parents also.
