The NEET 2025 exam confirmation page serves as proof that the registration process, application form and final application fee payment are complete and accurate. It is an acknowledgement by the National Testing Agency (NTA), that the candidate's application has been received and accepted. Without this confirmation page, the candidate's registration is incomplete, and they are not allowed to appear for the NEET exam.
How to generate the NEET 2025 confirmation page?
The confirmation page can only be generated once the steps involved in NEET UG application form filling is completed along with the successful completion of fee payment. The following process is involved in generating the confirmation page of NEET 2025.
NEET 2025 registration - The first and foremost step for generating the NEET 2025 confirmation page is to register for the entrance exam. During the NEET registration 2025, candidates need to provide their basic details. An OTP is sent to the registered mobile number and email address provided by the candidate. Upon successful verification of OTP, a NEET application number along with the password is generated.
Filling NEET 2025 application form - Candidates need to fill the NEET application form by logging in using the application number and password. Applicants have to enter their education details and upload all the required documents.
NEET 2025 fee payment - Once the NEET 2025 application form is completely filled, applicants have to pay the requisite application fee. The NEET form fee is mandatory and can be paid in online mode.
Generation of NEET 2025 confirmation page - Upon the submission of the application fee, the NEET 2025 confirmation page is generated. This confirmation page holds significant importance and is used in various phases of the NEET exam.

Through candidate’s login - The aspirants who have paid the application fee can download the confirmation page by logging into the NEET candidate’s login page on neet.ntaonline.in. Applicants need to login using their NEET application number and password and download the confirmation page.
Through UMANG app and Digilocker - The applicants can easily download NEET 2025 confirmation page through the UMANG app, and Digilocker at digilocker.gov.in. It is important to note that this facility is only available if the candidate gives his/her consent to save his/her NEET 2025 data in the UMANG app.
Via NTA’s email - Once the NEET 2025 application fee payment is successfully completed, the NTA sends a copy of the NEET 2025 confirmation page to the registered email address of the candidate.

In case the NEET 2025 confirmation page is not generated after payment of the prescribed fee, then the candidate should approach the concerned Bank/Payment gateway to ensure the successful payment. Despite this, if a successful transaction is not reflected on the portal, the candidate may contact the NTA helpline.

The confirmation page of the online NEET application form is generated only after a successful fee payment by the candidate.
The NEET 2025 confirmation page is available in online mode only.
The candidates must provide a mobile number and email ID of the parents. A copy of NEET 2025 confirmation page is sent to the parents also.
Candidates should retain a copy of the NEET 2025 confirmation page by October 31, 2025, as it will not be available after the mentioned date.
Applicants should keep at least four copies of the NEET 2025 confirmation page along with the proof of fee payment for future reference.

If you were unable to upload your rectified NEET document within the designated correction window timeframe, it is highly unlikely that you will be given a second chance to upload it as the NTA (National Testing Agency) usually does not reopen the correction window once it closes.
Reach out to the NTA through their official channels like email or helpline number to explain your situation. While unlikely, there might be a rare circumstance where they might consider a late submission if you have a valid reason and supporting documentation.
Regularly check the official NEET website for any announcements regarding potential extensions or correction window re-opening, although this is very uncommon.
If you cannot rectify your document, you might need to consider preparing for the next NEET 2025 exam if you still wish to pursue medical studies and remember to fill your documents properly to avoid another rejection.

You need to first be clear in your mind which exam you want to give. You can't prepare for two exams simultaneously. If you want to give NEET, start your preparation by making your fundamentals and base strong to get good score in the exam. Practice mock test and previous year question papers to analyse your preparation. If you are interested in CET, then continue preparing for the exam.
