IPU MBBS Admission 2018 – Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi is conducting IPU MBBS 2018 admission process. The counselling for round two will be conducted after the transfer of All India Quota seats on August 8. IPU has released August 10 and 11 as tentative dates for the conduction of the counselling process. The merit list for round two was released on July 20, 2018. The document verification session for the Defense and PwD category candidates was conducted on July 24, 2018. The application form for the second round of IPU MBBS BDS counselling was available from July 12 to July 15, 2018. The counselling process for round one started on July 3, 2018. IPU MBBS application form 2018 has been released on February 19, 2018. The candidates who filled the application form of IPU MBBS 2018 applied to 85% State quota seats of colleges affiliated with IP University. The candidates who have filled NEET application form are eligible to fill IPU MBBS 2018 application form.

The conducting body has released the list of candidates who have successfully submitted the application form and also the candidates whose application form is incomplete. The last date to submit the IPU MBBS application form 2018 is June 29, 2018. The IPU MBBS merit list 2018 for round one was published on July 2, 2018. NEET UG result was declared on June 4, 2018. IPU MBBS admission 2018 will be taken on the basis of NEET score and choices submitted by the candidates. IPU MBBS counselling will be conducted offline and NEET UG score will be considered for the counselling process. The number of counselling rounds depends upon the seats left vacant after each round of IPU MBBS 2018 counselling. IPU MBBS BDS Eligibility Criteria 2018
The candidate should have completed the age of 17 years on or before December 31, 2018, and should not be more than 25 years of age on the day of the exam i.e. May 7, 2018. There is a relaxation of 5 years for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC category for IPU MBBS 2018 admission.
The candidate must complete Class 12 from CBSE/ICSE/JMI with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English from a recognised school located within National Capital Territory of Delhi apart from the candidates applying for All India region in Vardhman Mahavir Medical College & Safdarganj Hospital.
The candidate must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually in Class 12.
The candidate belonging to General category must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology in aggregate. For candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC category, it should be 40% and for PwD category candidates, it is 45%.
The candidate should be medically fit to pursue the course.
The candidate who took admission in MBBS/BDS course and failed to pass the first year of the course will be considered ineligible to participate in IPU MBBS admission 2018.

The application form for the second round of counselling was released on July 12, 2018. Candidates who successfully registered with IPU for the first round of counselling were not required to register again. The last date to submit the application for round two was July 15, 2018. IPU MBBS 2018 application form for round one was released on February 19, 2018. The last date to fill the application form for MBBS courses was June 29 and for BDS courses it was July 2, 2018. The registration form was published in online mode. The candidates were required to submit the application fee of INR 750 for successfully completing the application form. Candidates who have not filled the IPU MBBS BDS application form 2018 were required to submit the form at Admission Branch, GGSIPU, Dwarka, Sector 16C, New Delhi on June 28 and June 29, 2018, from 10.00 AM to 3.00 PM. The candidates applied to approximately 341 seats in medical colleges and 43 seats in dental colleges by filling IPU MBBS application form 2018. The candidates were required to submit NEET enrollment number while filling the IPU MBBS application form 2018. Therefore, the candidates must submit NEET application form before filling the IPU MBBS 2018 application form.
The final IPU MBBS merit list 2018 for round two has been released on July 20, 2018 while for the first round was issued on July 2, 2018. The list of eligible and ineligible candidates was released on June 30, 2018. The merit list of IPU MBBS 2018 has been released in online mode. Aspirants who have submitted the IPU MBBS application form 2018 and have completed Class 12 from an Institute located in National Capital Territory will be included in the IPU MBBS 2018 merit list. The candidates who are included in the IPU MBBS merit list 2018 are eligible to attend the IPU MBBS counselling 2018. The candidates are informed about the release of IPU MBBS merit list 2018 individually.
IPU MBBS counselling 2018 for round two will be conducted on August 10 and 11, 2018. IPU MBBS 2018 counselling will held in offline mode. The candidates are required to submit their documents at the time of counselling of IPU MBBS 2018. After the successful verification of documents, the selection committee will inform the candidates about the available course and colleges. Aspirants can only choose one of the available course in a particular college. If a seat has been allotted to a candidate, then a medical examination will be conducted by the medical board of the respective college. The candidature can also be cancelled if the candidate is found medically unfit to pursue the course.
