To be eligible for a domicile certificate from Delhi for NEET exam purposes, typically, you need to meet certain residency criteria set by the Delhi government. This generally includes proving that you have resided in Delhi for a specified period, often years preceding the application. However, specific educational requirements like completing 11th and 12th standard education in Delhi are not usually mandatory for domicile eligibility. Domicile certificates are primarily based on residency, often requiring documents such as voter ID, Aadhar card, or rental agreements to establish proof of residence. It's advisable to check the exact requirements from the Delhi government or NEET authorities to ensure you meet all necessary criteria for domicile status.

hope this helps you!!
