Careers360: Can you share a little about your academic background and what brought you to this institution?

Aswin S Nair: My name is Aswin, and I am currently pursuing my final year Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) at East Point College of Physiotherapy. I chose East Point because it offered everything I was looking for—experienced faculty, a strong academic foundation, and outstanding clinical exposure through its 1,200+ bedded teaching hospital. The multidisciplinary healthcare campus and emphasis on hands-on learning convinced me that this was the right place to build my knowledge and clinical skills. Looking back, I’m glad I made this decision, as it has prepared me well for a career in physiotherapy.

Careers360: How welcoming was the campus during your initial days, and what was your first impression of EPGI?

Aswin S Nair: As a Keralite who was brought up in Rajasthan, I was a little anxious about moving to a new city and adapting to a different environment. However, those concerns quickly disappeared after joining East Point. The faculty, seniors, and classmates were warm, approachable, and always willing to help. Since students come here from all across India, the campus truly feels like a home making it easy to connect with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds. I was also impressed by the beautiful green campus, modern infrastructure, and positive atmosphere, which made my transition to Bengaluru smooth, comfortable, and memorable.
