AP MBBS Counselling 2018 - 
Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada has released the result for round one of AP MBBS 2018 counselling for management quota seats on July 6 and for convenor quota seats on July 3. The result for the respective quotas has been released in the form of college-wise seat allotment list. The counselling for convenor quota seats started on June 27, 2018, and was conducted until July 2, 2018 while the counselling for management quota seats held on July 4 and July 5, 2018. There will be three rounds of AP NEET MBBS counselling 2018 including the mop-up round for each category of seats. The official authority of the counselling of AP MBBS 2018 will be holding the process in online mode only.

The counselling for Convenor Quota seats in government medical colleges of AP was conducted for 85% State Quota seats as Andhra Pradesh has agreed to participate in the central pool of All India Quota seats. The authorities published a seat matrix list before the scheduled dates of AP MBBS counselling 2018. Aspirants were required to submit the web options according to the seat matrix.

AP MBBS Counselling Result 2018- Round 1 

The result of the round one of counselling for convenor quota seats has been published in online mode. The result will display the college name and the list of candidates allotted seat in a particular college. The categories under which the college has been allotted will also be displayed in the list.

AP MBBS BDS Counselling 2018 – Procedure 

Candidates are advised to use Internet Explorer Version 10 or above for exercising web options. The use of computers and laptop is recommended for submitting options. The options will be submitted to the same portal where they have filled the AP MBBS application form 2018.

 

Step 1: Login

To access the online portal of AP MBBS Counselling, candidates will be required to click on the link given below. On the online portal, the candidates will have an option of ‘Web Counselling’. After clicking on the option, candidates will be required to submit NEET Roll No., NEET Rank, Mobile No., and Registration No. of AP MBBS application form.

Step 2: Option Form

After the submission of above-mentioned details, the online option form for AP MBBS counselling 2018 will be displayed on the screen. On the left-hand side of the screen, there will be a list of colleges with courses available. The college code, place, course offered and the district will be written along with the name of the college. On the right-hand side, the priority of options can be submitted. The option of filtering the list can be done through college code and district wise.

 

Step 3: Adding Colleges

Aspirants must select the desired college and click on ‘Add button’ to add the college in their list. This college name will be shifted on the right-hand side that means in the candidates’ priority list. This way the admission seekers can add any number of colleges in their lists and the number written along with college name will denote the priority given to a particular college. This list can be modified by clicking on the ‘Modify’ button and the candidates can click on a college name drag it upwards or downwards as per the requirement. The undesired colleges can be deleted from the priority list by clicking on the ‘Delete’ button during AP MBBS 2018 counselling.

 

Step 4: Saving Options

After the candidates have selected the colleges according to their satisfaction then they can click on the ‘Save’ button. Aspirants will receive a One Time Password (OTP) on their registered mobile number. This OTP will be submitted through the virtual keyboard displayed on the screen. Click on ‘Confirm’ button and the options will be saved on the server. These options will get frozen after the scheduled time of AP MBBS Counselling 2018 is over.

The same process will be followed for the subsequent rounds of AP MBBS 2018 counselling.

AP MBBS BDS Counselling 2018 - Result

The result for management quota seats has been published on July 6, 2018 in online mode. The result is released in the form of a seat allotment list in which the name of the candidate is displayed under the college name. The counselling was conducted for Category B (Management) and Category C (NRI) quota seats. There were 3,856 candidates who participated in the online choice filling session among which 1,076 candidates are allotted seats. The counselling was conducted for approximately 1,728 medical and dental seats. Out of the total seats 1,166 are category B seats in which 923 seats are allotted in the first round and 562 are NRI seats in which 151 are allotted to the candidates.

AP MBBS BDS Counselling 2018 – Procedure 

The counselling for management quota seats which includes NRI Quota seats will be held in offline mode. Candidates are required to report at NTR University of Health Sciences and submit the relevant documents. The counselling will be conducted from July 4 to July 5, 2018. Candidates must submit a demand draft of INR 6,000 which includes the non-refundable amount of INR 1,000 as counselling fee.
