Candidates must obtain the registration PIN by paying a non-refundable Rs 1000 and a security deposit of Rs 10,000. 15% of the All India Quota seats for BHMS and BAMS are reserved for self-financed colleges. To participate in the Gujarat AACCC AYUSH counselling candidates must fulfil certain eligibility criteria which are as follows:
Candidates must have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as their main subjects from a recognised board of education.
Candidates belonging to the general category must score at least 50% marks. In contrast, the minimum percentage required by the unreserved category is 40% and 45% by the person belonging to the physically handicapped category.
The minimum age of the candidate must be 17 years as of December 31 in the year of examination.
The candidates must have a Gujarat domicile certificate.
NRI candidates who have appeared for the NEET UG exam can also apply.
Gujarat AYUSH counselling involves various steps which are as follows:
Eligible candidates are required to register for online counselling at medadmgujarat.org. For online registration, candidates must buy a PIN from the website. After purchasing the PIN candidates must complete the online registration by filling out the details required. Once the registration is completed, candidates will obtain the registration number and password.
The total amount required to purchase the PIN for registration is given below:

After the completion of the online application, NRI candidates have to pay a processing fee of Rs 10,000 in the form of a demand draft to ACPUGMEC, Gandhinagar.
The merit list is prepared after the document verification. It is based on the reservation criteria and the NEET score of the candidates. The merit list will be prepared for the candidates who have registered for Gujarat AYUSH admission counselling. Aspirants will be called for counselling based on the merit list.
Candidates included in the merit list will be able to choose the colleges and courses as per their preferences. In the Gujarat AYUSH admission process, there is no restriction on the number of selections. Aspirants can make changes in the selection on or before the lock-in period. Candidates are advised to lock their choices before the last date. However, if the candidates don’t lock their preferences then the choices will be locked automatically after the last date.
The shortlisted candidates must report at the allotted college within the stipulated time and date along with the required documents both in original and xerox forms. Candidates must complete the admission formalities within the given time to avoid cancellation of the candidature.

The list of the documents required for Gujarat AACCC AYUSH counselling are mentioned below:
Marksheets of Class 10 and Class 12.
NEET UG 2026 mark sheet of the candidate.
For the proof of birthplace, candidates can produce an Indian passport, school leaving certificate, birth certificate or school transfer certificate.
For the proof of date of birth, candidates must produce a Class 10 mark sheet, birth certificate, transfer certificate, school leaving certificate, or an Indian passport.
Candidates must show Gujarat domicile certificate.
Candidates who were born outside Gujarat must have a Gujarat domicile certificate from the authority authorised by the Gujarat government.
For candidates belonging to any of these categories, SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD should have a caste certificate, income certificate or disability certificate issued by the concerned authority licensed by the government of Gujarat.
For the local candidates' certificates of Ahmedabad and Surat, the certificate must be issued from the Dean of the respective Municipal Institute of Medical Education and Research after the publication of the NEET UG 2026 result.
The candidates belonging to the category of Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) must produce an OCI card issued by the government of India.
Candidates must have a physical fitness certificate in the prescribed format signed by the registered doctor (MBBS/MS/MD).
Domicile certificates for the children of defence personnel should be issued by the authority authorised by the Indian government.
For children of IAS/IRS/IPS personnel, candidates are required to show the details of their original posting in Gujarat and also their current posting.
If any candidate has passed class 12 from Jawahar Navoday Vidhyalaya out of Gujarat has to present a mark sheet from Class 1 to Class 8 issued from the school located in Gujarat.
Candidates who have passed Class 12 from Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli under the Gujarat board have to produce a mark sheet issued by the Gujarat board and the domicile certificate issued by the concerned authority authorised by the Gujarat government.
