Ayush Admissions Central Counseling Committee, AACCC is responsible for conducting Ayush counselling for All India Quota (AIQ) seats for undergraduate and postgraduate courses. AACCC of the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, executes online counselling for 15% AIQ seats in government-aided institutes, central universities, national institutes, private colleges, and 100% seats in deemed universities.
Candidates will have to fill out their choices of colleges and courses as per their preferences and lock them in before the last date. Along with Ayush NEET counselling for courses such as BAMS, BUMS, BHMS, BSMS and BYNS, the authority also conducts counselling for PG AYUSH courses such as MD, MS and PG Diploma. Aspirants can check the important guidelines of eligibility criteria for AYUSH courses. Below is the list of Ayush NEET counselling points.
10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as a core subject in both Classes 11 and 12 from a recognized board.
The minimum pass percentage of 50% for general category (40% for reserved candidates) is required.
The minimum age limit is 17 years of age.
Candidates must have qualified NEET UG.
The following eligibility criteria guidelines for postgraduate candidates are discussed below.
Aspirants must have a valid BAMS/BHMS/BUMS/BSMS degree from a recognised institute.
AYUSH graduates should have completed a one-year rotatory internship before the last date.
A provisional/permanent registration certificate of BAMS/BUMS/BHMS/BSMS issued by CCIM/ CCH/ state board, university, or Deemed university is mandatory.
Candidates must have qualified AIAPGET exam
The application form of undergraduate and postgraduate Ayush courses is released online. The registration form is released on the official website, aaccc.gov.in. The qualified candidates need to fill the registration form by entering all the relevant information required for the application process. Upload all the scanned copies of documents as per the specifications prescribed by the authorities. The applicants need to pay the fee online using credit/debit cards, net banking and UPI. After the successful payment, candidates can download the confirmation page for future reference.
The NEET qualified candidates are eligible for the NEET AYUSH counselling. AYUSH NEET counselling is conducted for 15% All India Quota seats to grant admission to Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha, and Homeopathy courses. The remaining 85% state quota seats will be granted by respective state counselling authorities. The aspirants need to fill in their preferences for colleges and courses along with the registration during the NEET ayush counselling.
The AIAPGET qualified candidates will be eligible for AACCC PG counselling. The aspirants will be granted admission to postgraduate courses such as MD/MS/PG Diploma in Ayush courses based on the rank secured in AIAPGET, college they wish to apply for, availability of seats, and other factors. The AACCC will prepare a list of seat allocation post choice filling sessions. After being allocated a seat, candidates must submit their original documents to the allotted institute within the stipulated time.
