Magnetic fields, forces, torques, magnetic materials |
Given below are some steps on how to study Physics for the AIIMS B.Sc Nursing Exam. If these steps are followed properly then you can achieve success in clearing Physics for AIIMS B.Sc Nursing Exam.
Taking care of time, focus on the topics with maximum payback for physics.
This will also give you knowledge on how to make physics for AIIMS B.Sc. Nursing entrance
Break out of being a passive reader to become an active learner that will change the way you read and study as you want physics for AIIMS B.Sc. Nursing:
Try explaining the concepts to your fellow friends.
Connect several concepts in physics to improve interrelations.
Solve the AIIMS BSC nursing previous year question paper to understand the format and improve any errors you can find.
Spend the first few minutes brain-dumping to improve overall memory.
Given below is the strategy to prepare for the Physics AIIMS BSc Nursing Examination:
Study Technique | How To Use It |
Teach someone or explain it aloud | Practice your concepts as much as possible. |
Previous Year Papers | To understand the AIIMS B.Sc exam pattern and difficulty level. A strong focus will let you attempt the maximum number of questions in minimum time. |
Make notes: Use NCERT and refer to 2 to 3 books. | For quick revision at the last moment. Writing the points on paper will help retain them better. Good notes should be understandable, short, and direct, including only shortcuts and important concept tricks. |
Mnemonics and memory tricks are very important tools to prepare for the subject of Physics.
Concept/Formula | Mnemonic/Trick | Explanation |
Electromagnetic Spectrum Order | Raging Martians Invaded Venus Using X-ray Guns | (Radio, Micro, Infrared, Visible, Ultraviolet, X-ray, Gamma) - Remember the EM spectrum from lowest to highest frequency. |
Lens/Mirror Sign Conventions (Object Distance) | REAL is Positive | If the object is REAL, u is always positive, and if the object is not REAL, u is negative |
Kinetic Energy Formula | V=kQr | Kinetic Energy is half of the product of mass and velocity squared |
Refraction | Snell's Law helps understand the relationship between the angles of incidence and refraction when light passes through a new medium | The ratio of the sines of angles is always constant between two media |
Electric Potential Due to a Point Charge | V=kQr V=kQr | If you are calculating the electric potential of a point charge, then the electric constant and charge are directly proportional to the electric potential. |
The table below shows details related to the AIIMS BSc Nursing exam pattern:
Exam Aspect | Details | Student-Focused Strategy |
Question Type | Multiple Choice (MCQs) | Use a dedicated application for AIIMS to improve efficiency, accuracy and overall performance. |
Negative Marking | Yes (-1/3 per wrong answer) | Focus on accuracy and strategic elimination of incorrect options. |
Section Weightage | Physics (30), Chemistry (30), Biology (30), GK (10) | Balanced study plan covering all subjects with targeted attention to weaker areas in Physics |
Test duration | 120 minutes (2 Hours) | Incorporate timed practice tests to improve speed and efficiency, which help on how to crack physics for AIIMS B.Sc. Nursing exam. |
