Odisha MBBS Application Form 2018 – Odisha Joint Entrance Examination cell (OJEE) had released Odisha MBBS 2018 application form on June 20, 2018. The application form for Odisha MBBS 2018 for the second round for candidates who had not registered earlier (including NRI candidates) will be available from August 7, 2018. Odisha MBBS application form 2018 is released in the online mode only. The last date to fill in the application form of Odisha MBBS 2018 for the second round is August 10, 2018. It is mandatory for all the candidates to have filled in the application form of Odisha MBBS 2018 to be eligible for 85% State Quota seats. Odisha MBBS BDS 2018 Eligibility Criteria
A candidate filling the application form of Odisha MBBS 2018 must be a permanent native of Odisha state.
The candidates must be of 17 years of age on or before December 31, 2018.
The candidate should not be more than 25 years of age which means he/she should be born on or after May 7, 1993.
The candidate must secure minimum required percentile in NEET 2018 to be eligible to fill Odisha MBBS 2018 application form.

SC/ST/OBC (including PwD of SC/ST/OBC)
Only those candidates who fill Odisha MBBS application form 2018 and attend the document verification session are eligible for the merit list of Odisha MBBS admission 2018.
The candidate must pass in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually in Class 12 or equivalent examination.
The minimum required percentage in Class 12 or equivalent examination should be 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. For SC/ST candidates, it should be 40%.

How to fill Odisha MBBS application form 2018?
Step 1 - Registration
Click on 'NEW CANDIDATE REGISTRATION' on the page that opens from the link provided above in this page. Subsequently, click 'I Agree' to the terms and conditions that are displayed in the pop-up window that opens and then 'CLICK HERE TO PROCEED'. Choose your course from the drop-down as MBB/BDS and then proceed to register online by creating your login ID and password. The admission seeker should remember their login ID and password because it will be used in the further admission process. The candidates must submit their details like Name, Mobile No. and Date of Birth while registering.
Step 2 – Academic Details Submission
In this step, the candidates are required to submit their academic details like Class 12 marks, NEET score and NEET rank. The aspirants should submit their correct academic details. An error while filling the application form might lead to cancellation of the candidature. These details are verified at the time of document verification session.
Step 3 – Final Submission
After checking all the details, the candidates can click on the submit button to submit the registration form. Odisha MBBS application form 2018 is verified at the time of document verification session. The candidates are required to submit the counselling fee of INR 1,000 at the time of document verification session.

The candidates are provided document verification slip after the process is completed which will be used in the subsequent rounds. The candidates who do not get a document verification slip are ineligible for the further admissions process.
