Click on ‘MSc Nursing Registration Link’.
Enter candidate’s name, father’s name, date of birth, gender, category, email address, mobile number and other asked details.
An OTP is sent to the mobile number and email address.
Enter the OTP to verify the mobile number and email ID.
A Unique Registration ID and one-time login password is sent to the registered mobile number and email address.

Step 2: UP CNET MSc nursing 2026 application form filling
Login by entering the Unique Registration ID and one-time login password.
Change the default password to proceed further.
Fill personal details, address, qualification details and exam centre preferences.
In the next step, upload a live photograph, passport size photograph, signature and verification sheet in the specified format.
Review the filled details and save.
Step 3: Fee payment
