Domicile: Candidates must be Citizens of India. For admission to government nursing colleges, candidates must be a domicile of Uttar Pradesh.
Age: A candidate must have completed 17 years of age as on December 31, 2026.
Education qualification: Candidates must have passed class 12 or equivalent from a recognized board.
Registered nurse: Candidates must be registered as RNRM with state nursing registration council and have obtained a certificate in GNM course.

Registration
Go to the official website: abvmuup.edu.in.
Click on the ‘Common Nursing Entrance Test- 2026’ link.
Click on the ‘Register’ button for Post Basic BSc Nursing
Fill the required details such as candidate’s name, father’s name, date of birth, gender, category, mobile number and email ID.
Click on ‘Submit’.
Enter the OTP’s sent on the mobile number and email ID.
Upon successful registration, a registration ID number and one-time login password is sent on the registered candidate’s mobile number and email ID.
Filling of Application Form
Login using the newly created credentials.
Change the default password and then click on the ‘Fill Form’ link.
Enter personal, address, educational qualifications details and exam city preferences.
Upload live photograph, signature and a scanned copy of verification sheet in the prescribed format.
After filing all the details, click on the form preview and verify all the details.
Submission of Application Fee
Click on ‘Pay fee for Post Basic BSc Nursing’ link.
Pay the application fee through the available payment methods
The fee for general category candidates is Rs 3,000. While reserved candidates must pay Rs 2000 as application fee.
On successful payment, candidates will receive a patent receipt.
