AIPVT Counselling 2019 - Veterinary Council of India (VCI) is the regulatory body for conducting the counselling of AIPVT 2019 in online mode. The counselling committee has released the seat matrix for round three of AIPVT 2019 counselling, which can be downloaded from this page. AIPVT seat allotment third round will be conducted for a total of 252 seats left vacant. The online process of seat allotment round three will begin from August 22 to 23, 2019. Earlier the authority had started the online registration and choice filling for AIPVT counselling on July 18. The seat matrix for AIPVT counselling 2019 has been released on July 16. The authority is conducting VCI AIPVT 2019 counselling process for admission to 15% All India Quota seats (except Jammu and Kashmir state) based on the marks scored in NEET entrance exam. A total of 525 B.V.Sc and A.H. seats will be granted through AIPVT counselling 2019 offered by government and private veterinary colleges across India. VCI will conduct two rounds of AIPVT 2019 seat allotment.In order to participate for AIPVT counselling, aspirants must register themselves by filling the application form of AIPVT 2019. Before the counselling starts, candidates must login using NEET 2019 roll number and password, for filling and locking their choices of colleges, in which they wish to get admission. Students can choose as many numbers of preferences as they want for the counselling of AIPVT 2019. According to these choices, NEET UG rank, seats availability, reservation criteria and other factors, the AIPVT seat allotment process will be done. After the AIPVT counselling 2019 is over, the eligible candidates must report at the designated colleges, along with the relevant documents for verification and completion of admission procedure. The remaining 85% state quota seats and (100% seat from J&K) will be filled by the respective state counselling committees based on the rank and scores mentioned in NEET result 2019. The counselling of AIPVT 2019 will be done on the basis of reservation criteria of particular state, its eligibility conditions, state merit rank, availability of B.V.Sc. and A.H. seats, preferences filled and other factors.
National Testing Agency (NTA) has conducted NEET 2019 medical entrance exam on May 5, in offline mode. Besides BVSc and AH courses, NEET UG scores is used for admission to MBBS, BUMS, BAMS, BDS, BSMS, BHMS, BFSc, BSc (Agriculture), BSc (Forestry) medical courses.

The counselling of AIPVT 2019 will be done in online mode. Aspirants can check the stepwise procedure of AIPVT 2019 counselling as mentioned below.
Step: 1 - AIPVT online registration
In order to allot a seat under 15% AIQ seat, the eligible aspirants must register themselves by filling the AIPVT application form 2019. For new online registration, candidates have to enter their NEET roll number, application number (as mentioned in NEET admit card 2019), asked basic personal, academic, communication and other details during AIPVT 2019 online registration.
After the registration and filling of the application form, candidates have to pay the requisite amount of application fee in online mode through NEFT. Students belonging to General and OBC categories must pay Rs. 1000, while the fees for SC/ST/PH aspirants is Rs. 500. Thereafter, a printout of the submitted application form must be taken for further references.
Step: 2 - Choice filling and locking
During the registration process, candidates have to fill their choices of colleges as well as courses, in which they wish to get admission. Aspirants will be allowed to choose as many numbers of choices as they want for AIPVT 2019 admission. The selected college will be listed in the preference box displayed on the right-hand side of the screen. In the preference box, aspirants will be allowed to move the order to selected colleges using the provided buttons. It is important to ‘save’ each selected college.
Once the students are satisfied with the number of choices filled, they have to lock them by clicking on save button. It must be noted that the choices filled will be edited after locking the preferences, therefore, aspirants are suggested to check the choices provided. In case, if they forgets to lock the preferences before the stipulated time and date, then it will be locked automatically.
Step: 3 - AIPVT Seat Allotment 2019
After filling the preferences of colleges as well as courses, VCI will commence the process of seat allotment of AIPVT 2019 in online mode. Based on the preferences filled, NEET UG rank, availability of seat at his/her All India Rank, eligibility, nationality, reservation criteria and other factors, the admission to Bachelor of Veterinary Sciences (B.V.Sc) and Animal Husbandry (A.H.) courses will be granted.
Step: 4 - Announcement of AIPVT seat allotment 2019 result
The result of AIPVT 2019 counselling for each round will be released separately. A link to download the PDF file of AIPVT seat allotment result will be provided on this page, when released. AIPVT counselling 2019 result for first round will be made available in the last week of August, while the result of round two will be released in the second week of September.
Step: 5 - Reporting at the allotted college
Aspirants who will be allotted seats during the AIPVT counselling process must report at the respective colleges. They must report at the colleges along with the relevant documents for verification purpose and completion of admission process. It is mandatory to report at the allotted colleges within the stipulated date and time. Candidates can check the list of documents to be carried for counselling of AIPVT 2019.

OBC certificate in the format prescribed by authority and issued by the competent authority in Hindi or English
PH certificate should be furnished by PH aspirants issued by the medical board
Candidates belonging to Jammu and Kashmir state must provide the self-declaration form claiming their eligibility for 15% All India Quota seats and submit the affidavit with a judicial stamp of Rs. 10 attested by Metropolitan Magistrate/First Class Judicial Magistrate
