J & K MBBS Application Form 2019 - The registration of J&K MBBS 2019 process has started on June 17. The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (BOPEE) is the body responsible for issuing the application form for Jammu and Kashmir MBBS admission 2019. The mode of J & K MBBS application form 2019 is only online i.e. candidates can register themselves from the link which has been made available on this page below. Since, the state does not participate in the counselling for 15% All India Quota, the counselling will be conducted for all the seats available in government and private medical and dental colleges. Only those candidates who fill the J & K MBBS 2019 application form will be considered for admission to 100% State Quota seats. Candidates filling the form will be considered for the inclusion in the state merit list for Jammu and Kashmir MBBS admission 2019. J & K MBBS Application Form 2019 - Eligibility

While filling the NEET 2019 application form, candidates will be required to opt for Jammu and Kashmir as the state of eligibility and click on “No’ option for self-declaration form. These candidates will be included in the eligible list of J & K MBBS admission. Candidates who are not included in the eligible list can also apply for Jammu and Kashmir MBBS admission considering they submit the relevant documents to the authorities claiming they belong to the state and have not filled the self-declaration form.


J & K MBBS Application Form 2019 - Step-wise Procedure

The step-by-step method to fill the application form of JK MBBS/BDS application form 2019 is mentioned below.


Step 1: Registration

Candidates are required to click on the link below to fill the J & K MBBS 2019 application form is released. A button ‘Click here to apply’ is displayed on the screen. After clicking on the button, the instruction page will be displayed and click on ‘Apply’ button. On the registration page, candidates need to submit their correct details as these are non-editable, enter the verification code and copy the captcha code.

Step 2: Login

After registration, candidates will receive an email which will contain the verification link. Click on the link and proceed with the J & K MBBS application form 2019. Enter the OTP provided in the email and create a password. The username for J & K MBBS application login is NEET student ID.


Step 3: Upload Documents

Since candidates have already submitted personal details while registering for J & K MBBS 2019 application form. Therefore, candidates can jump to the next step which is uploading of documents. The list of documents that need to be uploaded for J & K MBBS admission can be checked below-

  • Permanent Residence Certificate

  • Date of Birth Certificate

  • Class 12 mark sheet

  • Certificate Certificate

  • NEET scorecard

After uploading the documents, click on the checkbox and copy the captcha code. Now, click on the ‘Upload’ button.


Step 4: Print Application Form

After uploading the documents, print the Jammu and Kashmir MBBS 2019 application form. It is advisable to take at least three printouts of the registration form as it will be required in the further Jammu and Kashmir MBBS admission process.


J & K MBBS Document Verification 2019

BOPEE conducts the J & K MBBS 2019 document verification session in online mode only which means the document will be uploaded on the official website. The document verification session for J & K MBBS admission 2019 will start with the online application process. Candidates whose documents will be verified successfully will be included in the J & K MBBS 2019 merit list. Note that the details submitted in the application form do not match with the documents uploaded then the candidature will be cancelled.


J & K MBBS Application Form 2019 - Salient Features

  • Candidates who wish to take admission to the government and private medical and dental colleges of Jammu and Kashmir must fill the J & K MBBS application form.

  • J & K MBBS 2019 application form will be only made available in online mode and will not be available for purchase in any offline medium.

  • After the successful submission of application and verification of documents, candidates can participate in the counselling process.

  • The counselling process will also be conducted in online mode and candidates can participate in using the same login credentials as used for the application process.

Gauri, NEET is the entrance examination for admission to Medical, Dental, Ayush and Veterinary courses across India. CETs have been replaced by NEET and NEET is a national level entrance examination. Now NEET is mandatory even to study MBBS abroad. CETs conduct the State Counselling of their respective States and that is it. NEET remains the sole Medical Entrance Examination for MBBS, BDS, Ayush and Veterinary courses.

I am from Kolkata and I will give neet this year.i am under general category.how much do I need to score to get chance in a good govt college like NRS or Calcutta medical college or others?

In 2018 under State Quota, 533 marks secured a seat in Nil Ratan Sircar Medical College and 509 marks secured a seat in Calcutta Medical College. Now this is 20188 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs depend on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Considering all these factors, you should aim for atleast 550 and more.
