To be included in the JKBOPEE NEET merit list 2024, candidates are required to first submit the J&K NEET application form and then get their documents verified. Aspirants must note that the authority releases category-wise J&K MBBS merit list separately for every round mentioning the names of the candidates, roll number and merit rank. Candidates included in the state merit are eligible to take part in the J&K MBBS/BDS counselling. J&K NEET 2024 merit list: Tie-breaking criteria
In case two or more candidates obtain the same marks in NEET then the regulatory authority prepares the J&K NEET 2024 merit list by using the below mentioned tie-breaking method.
- The candidate obtaining higher marks in biology are considered first in the J&K MBBS admission.
- If the tie still persists, the candidate with higher marks in chemistry are considered for the admission.
- If the tie is still not resolved, the medical aspirant applicants with the lesser number of wrong attempts are given preference for J&K MBBS/BDS 2024 admission.
- After using all these factors if the tie still persists then, the candidate older in age are considered first.
