Before applying for Maharashtra PG medical admission, candidates must go through the eligibility conditions to know whether they are eligible or not.
The candidate must be an Indian national.
He/she should have an MBBS/BDS pass certificate from an institution recognised by the Medical Council of India (MCI).
Applicants must have completed a one-year rotatory internship as of August 11, 2025.
They have to furnish the registration certificate issued by MCI/DCI or State Medical Council.
PG graduates applying under a particular category must possess a certificate for the category
Also, it is mandatory to secure NEET PG cutoff percentile. The general category must secure the 50th percentile, while for SC/ST/OBC, it is 40th percentile. A person with Disabilities must secure at least 45th percentile

For online registration of Maharashtra PG medical 2025, below is the step-by-step procedure, which can be followed.
Candidates need to register themselves in online mode for Maharashtra PG medical admission. While filling Maharashtra NEET PG 2025 registration form, applicants have to enter their personal, NEET PG roll number, scores as well as rank, and other details asked. After the submission of all asked details, candidates will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) for verification.
In this step, aspirants have to enter their personal, qualifying exam (MBBS/BDS), NEET-PG, contact, and other required details. It is advised to fill the details in the application form of NEET PG Maharashtra very carefully as the details once submitted cannot be edited.
The details entered are considered for the seat allotment process. Once the candidates are sure about the details entered, they can click on the ‘submit’ button. No modifications can be done after the final submission. Maharashtra PG medical 2025 application number and password is generated after the successful registration. After the completion of all steps of the Maharashtra NEET PG application form 2025, candidates are advised to take the printout of the confirmation page. To take the printout, aspirants have to click on the ‘print application’ button. The hard copy of the Maharashtra NEET PG 2025 application form or any relevant documents should not be sent to the DMER office.
Aspirants whose applications are accepted by the authority are called for document verification purposes NEET PG Maharashtra admission process. College, course and category all affected the NEET PG 2023 All India Quota (AIQ) cut-offs. In government medical colleges, the respected MD Radiodiagnosis and MS General Surgery courses had ranking positions in the top 1,000. In particular, certain government-run medical colleges stopped MS Surgery at any score above 150 in the AIR exam. Some colleges and reservation categories saw MD Emergency Medicine and MD Pathology ranking as low as AIR 6,000, while others had lower closing ranks, as high as AIR 20,000. All the leading institutions reported high competition for the clinical cut-offs.
