The NBE will release the information brochure, mentioning the schedule and NEET PG 2025 eligibility criteria. The online NEET PG 2025 registrations will be commenced on the official website, natboard.edu.in. A NEET PG correction window 2025 will be provided to rectify the mistakes made in the application form. The NEET PG admit card 2025 will be released online and the exam will be conducted online. The National Board of Examinations (NBE) prepares the syllabus for NEET PG. The NEET PG 2025 syllabus includes subject-wise topics and is prepared based on Pre-Clinical, Clinical, and Para-Clinical subjects from the MBBS curriculum. The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) conducts the NEET PG counselling for 50% of All India Quota (AIQ), and 100% deemed and central universities, ESIC, and AFMS seats, the state counselling authorities conduct counselling for the remaining 50% of state quota seats. The authority will conduct several rounds of All India Quota counselling for NEET PG 2025 qualified candidates. Candidates will have to register, pay fees, and fill in choices of courses and colleges.

It's  a good idea that you've already emailed the NEET PG officials regarding the mistake of uploading your temporary Dental Council of India (DCI) certificate while the DCI number you mentioned is the permanent one.
Discrepancies in application documents can lead to delays during verification. In the worst-case scenario, your application might be rejected.
Since you have already contacted the officials, wait for their response. They are the best source of information on how to rectify this issue and whether it will cause any problems.

After your neet results when will get admission a call for counseling you must take your class x mark sheet along with you to ahow the college authorities where yoh will get admission.
You may carry your mother's ID proof to show the official persons but it is not a great issue , don't think much of it.

They will listen your problems or excuses whatever , they just need ews certificate anyhow ,so it is better for you to select your category as general if you don't have ews certificate available right now to avoid any problem in the future .
