    The Directorate of Medical Education and Research, Tamil Nadu releases the MBBS 2026 fee of private colleges in Tamil Nadu. The MBBS fee in Tamil Nadu for private colleges will be released before the start of the state NEET counselling 2026. Every private medical college in Tamil Nadu, which is participating in the 85% state quota counselling, is required to mandatorily release the fee structure of the MBBS course 2026.
